Description

Full of Sith is a show dedicated to bringing the most interesting Star Wars conversations in the galaxy. Aside from breaking news in the world of Star Wars and interviews with some of the biggest names in the galaxy, we'll talk the philosophy and influence of Star Wars just as readily as the deep mythology it represents. Hosted by Tha Mike Pilot (Mediocre Show, Obviously Oblivious, The Awful Show), Bryan Young (Author, Filmmaker, Writer for StarWars.com) and Holly Frey (Stuff You Missed In History Class) it's your mandatory dose of Star Wars talk. l-o-l (-o-) l-o-l

Holly Frey and Bryan Young got together to talk about the big news at Lucasfilm this week, where Kathleen Kennedy stepped down as president of Lucasfilm and offered updates on many projects. They also talked about the big changes coming to Disney Parks and Galaxy's Edge.
After talking about some rumors and news, Bryan Young and Holly Frey talk about the coming end of Star Wars Insider, its legacy and some of their favorite work in the magazine that has been giving us some of the best coverage of Lucasfilm across five decades.
Bryan Young and Holly Frey take a look ahead at what Star Wars is bringing the world in 2026, from The Mandalorian and Grogu and Maul: Shadow Lord to Ahsoka's second Season to the Ninth Jedi, they talk about it all. If you're looking for an in depth preview, look no further.
Holly is joined by her husband Brian Frey for a lighthearted talk about the New Year's Resolutions they think various Star Wars characters might or should make.
Bryan has had the privilege of talking with Rian Johnson twice for Script Magazine, once for Knives Out and once for Wake Up Dead Man. Both times they talked about his philosophy on writing and both times it touched on techniques and ideas that intersected with things that were relevant to his work on The Last Jedi. Though these interviews focus on the craft of writing and deal as much with Rian's other movies as they do Star Wars, we hope fans of Star Wars and Full of Sith will enjoy them.
There were some major Star Wars gaming announcements this last week and Bryan Young and Holly Frey got together to talk about them. Not only did they talk about Star Wars: Fate of the Republic and what it means for Star Wars, they also talked about Star Wars: Galactic Racer and all of the other games currently in development that we're aware of.
Another archive interview, Bryan Young unearthed this archive interview of John Madden--most well-known for directing the Academy Award Winning film Shakespeare in Love---but was also the director behind the NPR Star Wars audio dramas. Enjoy this interview between the two as they talk about that project at length.
Bryan Young and Holly Frey had some ideas for unconventional and one-of-a-kind Star Wars gifts for that special Star Wars someone in your life (who may well be you). From handcrafted goods to commissioned art (that's never AI slop) and all points in between, you won't want to miss this episode for all the best ideas.
Holly Frey and Bryan Young got together to discuss the recent Life Day happenings at Disney World, where Holly met Chewbacca in his Life Day robes. Then they talk about Star Wars and reasons they are thankful for its existence and have been over the years.
Bryan Young was joined by Tom Hoeler of Random House Worlds and Matthew Stover, author of numerous Star Wars novels, to talk about the 20th anniversary release of the novelization of Revenge of the Sith, hailed as one of the great movie novelizations of all time.
Bryan Young and Holly Frey broke down all the news about the cancelled film "Star Wars: The Hunt for Ben Solo" which was to have starred Adam Driver and been directed by Steven Soderbergh. They talked about possible reasons and why they still want to see the film.
Bryan Young and Holly Frey talk about Star Wars Visions Season 3, the latest in Lucasfilm's non-canon animated series that lets animation studios loose in the world of Star Wars. They talk about best moments, favorite episodes, and best easter eggs. Holly also provides a report from the fan convention Halcy-Con, dedicated to the Galactic Starcruiser.
Ten years ago, Bryan Young did an exhaustive multi-part story about the NPR Star Wars Radio Dramas for Star Wars Insider Magazine, but so much of the interviews that were conducted had to be left on the cutting room floor. One of the best was with Tom Voegeli. From the Full of Sith Archives, Bryan presents this interview with the post-production supervisor for all three Star Wars radio dramas producer by National Public Radio.
Holly Frey and Bryan Young return to the studio to record an episode about all the recent goings-on in Star Wars. From the trailer for Mandalorian and Grogu to the Starfighter pictures to Holly's recent visit to Lucasfilm for the release of LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy, they cover it all.
It's the Writers of Star Wars panel from FanX Salt Lake! Bryan Young was joined by Zoraida Cordova, Michael A. Stackpole, and many others to talk about writing in the world of Star Wars! Listen in to this incredibly fun panel!
Live from FanX, Bryan Young and Holly Frey bring you a treat and a half. There is an abridged discussion on the influence of Star Wars Roleplaying Games on the galaxy far, far away, and then the return of the "That's not a Star Wars plot hole" panel, where fans come up, air their grievances about perceived Star Wars plot holes, and the assembled panel helps sort those out for them. On this episode you'll hear from guests Michael A. Stackpole, Pablo Hidalgo, and Clayton Sandell.
Another live panel from Dragon Con - Bryan Young took the stage with Matthew Wood, Henry Gilroy, and Fon Davis to talk about the legacy George Lucas left behind with Industrial Light and Magic, Skywalker Sound, and Lucasiflm Animation in front of a live audience.
Bryan Young was on hand at Dragon Con to bring you one of our favorite treats every year: the authors of Star Wars. The panel this year consisted of authors Timothy Zahn, Delilah Dawson, and Jonathan Jackson Miller, and they talked about their time in the Star Wars trenches, what they have coming up, and new anecdotes about a galaxy far, far away. Also jizz wailing.
Bryan Young and Holly Frey stormed the halls of Dragon Con to bring you some very cool stuff! In this first part of Dragon Con coverage, we have a recap from Bryan and Holly, an interview with Diana Lee Inosanto, who played Morgan Elsbeth in the Mandalorian, Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld, and Ahsoka, and a press interview with FN-2187 himself, John Boyega.
Bryan Young and Holly Frey welcome back super producer Mike Pilot to talk about Star Wars and catch up over 600 episodes of the Full of Sith podcast.

Full Of Sith has Trump derangement syndrome? Just because you don't like the democratically elected figure doesn't mean democracy is over. Quite the opposite.

I first heard full Of Sith sometime in the earlier part of summer and I really took an immediate liking to it. It was a welcomed change of pace from the other SW podcast I listen to. Its great that they record audio at the bigger events like Comicon and DragonCon so we can hear the interviews and Q&A's from different people involved in SW"s. Although lf I'm being totally honest, sometimes I wish they didn't span the entire episode. Only for this reason, I really like the personalities of the hosts and I like to hear their opinoins on the different topics, characters and theory involving Star Wars. It'd be nice if they played the ecent recordings for smaller a portion if the show and then tells us where we can find the interviews/Q&A from the events online to view after the podcast. But either way, I love the show and I will continue to listen weekly. Thanks for the killer content
