On Monday 15th January 1945 at 12:15am, a Dutch seaman called Jan Pureveen was murdered at Fred White’s coffee stall on Euston Road. It was a brutal and unprovoked attack which came out of nowhere, and yet, it was both expected and unexpected, as the killer was already known to the police as ‘The Creeper’.Murder Mile is researched, written and performed by Michael of Murder Mile UK True Crime Podcast with the main musical themes written and performed by Erik Stein and Jon Boux of Cult With No Name and additional music, as used under the Creative Commons License 4.0. On the evening of Wednesday 11th November 1987, two orthodox Sikhs  (Rajinder Singh Batth and Mangit Singh Sunder) sat in the sports hall of Dormers Wells High School in Southall, listening to the sermons of (some say) ‘self-proclaimed’ Guru Darshan Das. It would become one of Britain rare school shootings, and yet, unlike Dunblane, it has almost been forgotten. Hey Mike, you can't deduct points in Extra Mile (still love it BTW) for zeebra when you say clurk (rhymes with jerk, old fruit). I'm all for British English ... you know, where we live, like. The surname is spelt CLARK cos that's how it sounds. Clurk to clerk equals Durby to Derby! Can I leave five stars here despite the above because you entertain me royally. Sx

The stories are always good, but seriously, the different voices are terrible, especially when he tries to do an American accent or talk like a woman. It almost makes it a comedy. #TrueCrime #murdermile

Pretty sad that the description of Ruth's death doesn't clarify that it was most likely rape and not consensual. He's just minimizing his actions.

The first description of the suspect, the man says 6 ft. 10 inches tall is insane. That is over 2m tall! That man would stick out anywhere! Then the description at the end says 6 ft. 1 inches tall. Much more reasonable!!! #murdermile #norahupchurch #truecrime

I don't understand how the police figured out that David Frooms was Sarah's murderer - he wrote them an anonymous letter that had fingerprints on it which matched the ones found in Sarah's room. OK...but how did they come up with David's name?

What if Ginger Rae wasn't getting UNdressed, but rather, DRESSED after someone suggested an act that she decided she would not do. They became enraged and murdered her?

What you call Trump’s Mexican Baby Prison was inherited from Obama. The kids were separated from families until they could provide evidence the child was truly a member of the family. Great numbers of children were children smuggled by human traffickers. The media never asked the questions of who was really bringing theses children over. In 2021 under Biden not one news service told you that kids have been abandoned at the border after the adults are waived through when accompanied by them. No questions asked. That’s never mentioned. It’s never mentioned how the Biden administration has enabled children trafficking in record numbers. I’m a Hispanic immigrant and disagree with all these methods but worse is what Biden has caused.
