Whether it’s Shame or guilt they both can lead to depression. Something that I have been experiencing for so many years, but I didn’t know that’s what it was called. Now that’s dangerous not knowing you’re depressed. I’m letting my hair down, I’m living the life that I’m supposed to live, and I’m not taking anything less! Join me on this challenge to be more vulnerable, authentic and the purest version of self.
