No Way Up (2024)

It's August Bites, and we kick off the month by watching the utterly ridiculous movie NO WAY UP, about a plane crash in the ocean where the survivors are trapped by man-hungry sharks that apparently teleport and know how to swim backward. What did you think of No Way Up? Let us know in the comments!
House Of The Dragon Season 2 Episode 8 FINALE - The Queen Who Ever Was - Discussion, Breakdown, Review, Recap, Predictions, REACTION. The Salty Nerds are EXTRA salty on this breakdown review for the season 2 finale of the Game Of Thrones spin-off House Of The Dragon. Yes, a lot of stories were paid off and season 3 was set up, but it was done in the most boring way possible and left the entire crew with extreme BLUE BALLS as to no major payoff for the season. That's not to say season 2 of the House Of The Dragon was bad. But it certainly wasn't as good as it could have been, and at worst, it was extremely BORING and spent way too much time on stuff no one cares about. What did you think of the HOTD finale? Did it leave you with blue balls too? Are you tired of being edged? Can you wait for 2 more years to find out what happens next? Let us know in the comments!
The Salty Nerds talk about the latest Marvel movie starring the cast-offs from 20th Century Fox. Yes, everyone's favorite "Merc With The Mouth" is back for his third outing, and he's dragging along a lot of celebrity cameos, including everyone's favorite X-Man, Wolverine! Check out what the Nerds thought of this comic book movie and let them know what you thought of it in the comments!
House Of The Dragon Season 2 Episode 7 "The Red Sowing" Breakdown - the Salty Nerds are back with another breakdown review and recap of HBO's Game Of Thrones spin-off, House Of The Dragon. A lot of stuff happened this episode, but the BIG news is that Team Black now has a TON of Dragons! After Addam of Hull reveals he can ride Seasmoke, Rhaenyra puts out the call for all "lowborn" Targaryen offshoots to come try and claim a dragon, and wouldn't you know it? Hugh the Hammer and Ulf answer the call! But not before Jace gets all mopey about it. Oh, and Rhaena is on the hunt for her own dragon, Sheepstealer, in the Vale. What did you think of Episode 7 of House Of The Dragon? Did it make you excited for the finale? Let us know in the comments!
Twisters (2024)

Twisters (2024)

If you feel it, CHASE IT! The Salty Nerds sit down to talk about the soft reboot of the Twister franchise with TWISTERS, starring Glen Powell as a charismatic stormchasing YouTuber and Daisy Edgar-Jones as a brilliant young climate scientist who team up to save Oklahoma from giant wind funnels. Is it as good or better than the original Twister? Find out as the Salty Nerds review Twisters (2024)! What did you think of Twisters? Did you love it? Hate it? Did you chase it? Let us know in the comments!
The Salty Nerds didn't think any season 2 episodes could be more boring than Episode 5. Turns out they were wrong! Check out the deep dive the Nerds do for "Smallfolk", the most boring episode of HOTD yet!
Get ready to enter the SUCK ZONE as the Salty Nerds take on this 1990s disaster classic. From the director of SPEED, Jan De Bont, and producer Steven Spielberg, comes a story about a love triangle with lots of tornadoes thrown into the mix. Bill Paxton, Helen Hunt, and Philip Seymour Hoffman star in a ridiculous tale of a group of storm chasers and their quest to have tornadoes suck up some balls. What did you think of Twister? Did you love it? Hate it? SUCK IT? Let us know in the comments!
House of the Dragon Season 2 Episode 5 entitled "Reagent" is probably the most BORING episode of the season, thus far. Admittedly, it's hard to top the epicness of episode 4, but there was a lot of set-up in this episode and very little of it was interesting. The Salty Nerds break down the episode and cover all the important stuff from the books and the show. Hopefully episode 6 picks up the pace. What did you think of episode 5 of House of the Dragon? Did you love it? Hate it? We you bored senseless? Let us know in the comments!
Eddie Murphy returns in Beverly Hills Cop Axel F - otherwise known as Beverly Hills Cop 4, from Netflix. Netflix originals can be hit or miss, but luckily this one was a hit - at least with the Salty Nerds. We start off the video talking about the original Beverly Hills Cop, and then we compare the new one to the OG and talk about how it holds up. What did you think of Beverly Hills Cop Axel F? Let us know in the comments!
Holy Crap! Episode 4 of House Of The Dragon is one of the best episodes of Game of Thrones ever! Finally, the Dance of the Dragons has begun with the Battle of Rooks Rest and nothing will ever be the same again! The Salty Nerds break down the episode and compare it to the books. What did you think of the episode? Let us know!
Episode 3 of the Game of Thrones prequel House Of The Dragon has dropped, and the episode "The Burning Mill" is setting up the midseason battle where the Blacks start to bring the fight to the Greens. Our expert panel of Nerds is here to share their insights and theories in our exclusive aftershow! What did you think of episode 3 of House Of The Dragon? Did you like it? Hate it? Let us know!
The Salty Nerds get SUPER uncomfortable talking about this Egyptian action movie "starring" Mike Tyson and Halfthor Bjornsson (The Mountain from Game Of Thrones). However, this movie is a major "bait and switch" that has almost nothing to do with Mike Tyson and everything to do with a Seven Samurai knock-off starring Egyptian actors. What did you think of the Nerd's review of Desert Strike aka Pharaoh's War aka Hamlet Pheroun? Did you think it was funny? Did you think it was offensive? Let us know on our Discord server! http://www.saltynerddiscord.com
The Salty Nerds are here for yet ANOTHER June-Claude Van Damme episode, this time with the "reboot" of the Kickboxer franchise, starring Mike Tyson, Christopher Lambert, and The Mountain! What do you think of the Kickboxer movies? Let us know!
The Nerds are back to review the second episode of MAX's House Of The Dragon. This prequel to Game Of Thrones wastes no time, picking up immediately after the premiere, and leading up to a shocking confrontation that book fans have wanted to see for a long time! What did you think of episode 2 of House Of The Dragon? Did you like it? Hate it? Let us know!
The Salty Nerds welcome author C.C. Ekeke to the studio to talk about the season 2 premiere of the Game of Thrones prequel, The House Of The Dragon! There's a lot to go over and to compare to the books, but the Nerds are up to the challenge! What did you think of this episode? Let us know in the comments!
