On The Breggin Hour, we had the great pleasure of talking with one of the most sensitive gentlemen we know—Dr. Francis Christian, who is for more than 30 years a physician, trauma surgeon, and poet. Dr. Christian was also one of the ethical and courageous physicians in Canada who spoke out very early against the COVID vaccine rollout—calling for genuine informed consent. Despite working in a remote region of Saskatoon, the psychological operations intent on silencing dissent and criticism found him, and he was fired from his position with the University of Saskatchewan, College of Medicine. Dr. Christian has continued to speak truthfully about the vaccine dangers and is an eloquent advocate for patients, scientific medical practice, and medical ethics. Additionally, Dr. Christian has written and had published a book of poems, To A Nurse Friend, Weeping. The two physicians, Dr. Peter Breggin and Dr. Francis Christian, had a thoughtful and in-depth conversation ranging from medical ethics to each of their personal experiences in hospitals this year. Their discussion focused on healthcare experiences, particularly on hospital care and the role of hospitalists. Peter and Ginger shared their challenging experience with Peter’s hospitalization, including issues with a robot-like monitoring system and medication side effects. Dr. Christian, who has a Substack newsletter, discussed his own experience advocating for his granddaughter’s care in the hospital and emphasized that patients need to be their own best advocates. The conversation highlighted concerns about modern hospital practices, including the emphasis on quick patient turnover and the challenges posed by hospitalists and rotating medical staff. Hospitalists are full-time medical staff who have replaced personal physicians, who used to admit their patients into the hospital and then further oversee their treatment while hospitalized. Now, personal physicians have no contact or responsibility for their hospitalized patients who become managed by strangers who feel and have more allegiance to institutional rules and norms than to individual patients. Dr. Breggin and Dr. Christian describe their own personal frustrations trying to advocate for the safety and proper treatment of their families and themselves, and lament how much more difficult it is for nonmedical people to protect themselves and their families in a hospital setting.

“Welcome, welcome our wonderful audience!” Dr. Peter Breggin opened The Breggin Hour this week, talking about the effects of his stroke and about our efforts to seek rehabilitation, offering the best chance of optimizing recovery from brain damage. The indomitable Karen Kingston, who has been exposing the dangers of the mRNA vaccines for over five years, joined us. Peter spent a portion of the hour further detailing his experience of receiving treatment at the AVIV clinic, which offers a very specialized program of Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment (HBOT). Peter made a comment at some point in the program, stating we must “muster great courage equal to our fear…” That phrase sums up for me my husband’s attitude since his stroke. He is forging ahead, determined to embrace with both arms the work required to heal. During the third segment, we lost audio with Karen Kingston, so Peter and I finished up discussing artificial intelligence, and Karen’s point that AI has been introduced just at a time when the human population is suffering from unprecedented amounts of neurological damage, from the mRNA vaccines as well as from other sources. She pointed out that the creators of the AI programs being used were doing the thinking—the cognitive work—for the individuals using it, which means humans are doing less independent thinking and creating increasing dependency upon outside sources. The neuropsychiatric damage done by mRNA vaccines is being clearly identified. Peter was a coauthor, along with other noted experts, of a recently published scientific paper: “Association Between COVID-19 Vaccination and Neuropsychiatric Conditions,” published in the International Journal of Innovative Research in Medical Science. The paper details over 58 profound neurological adverse effects resulting from mRNA vaccines. Dr. James Thorp spearheaded this research as lead author. The show was a mix of the deeply personal and an examination of some of the threats to humanity’s future, with some sweet moments between Peter and Ginger.

Birthrates are declining worldwide, including in the US, Canada, and European nations, with some projections forecasting that 97% of the world’s countries will have fertility rates too low to sustain their populations by 2100. This population deficit not only threatens economic growth and the well-being of older members but also limits opportunities for younger people to develop in thriving communities. These population declines are an overall disaster for civilization, human well-being, and survival. In a fascinating conversation with journalist Elizabeth Nickson, we examined some of the greatest pressures and roadblocks faced by young women today that lead to the deferment or rejection of parenthood.

Our once robust and brash young country has been lassoed and roped into a Gordian knot over the last hundred years or so. We are only beginning to see a shift since Trump authorized Tom Holman to implement return-to-sender policies on the millions of illegal aliens who have crossed into the US. Carrell, a former Border Patrol Officer, patriotic American, and Christian. He voiced what we believe many Americans feel: Can traditional America ever be recovered? Can the Constitutional Republic created by our Founders be rescued? And most importantly, who will do the rescuing? The election of President Trump has provided us all with an opportunity to turn the American ship around and begin the process of reclaiming America. But one man cannot rescue the entire nation. And like a great ocean liner, the ship of America won’t be able to turn on a dime. Saving America will take decades. Saving America is a calling and an odyssey that many generations will need to embrace if it is to come to pass. Our generations—we grandparents, and J.J.’s generation currently raising young men and women, can fight to strip away the false expectations, the unscientific cultural concepts (there really are only two sexes), the barbaric medical and technological procedures, from genital mutilation of our young to electroshock and psychosurgery, various implants, and technical advances designed to alter humans into transhumans—who despite the claims are neither “superior” “superintelligent” or “transcendent” to natural human beings. Our children and our children’s children will still be fighting to fully reclaim liberty and freedom to be their normal, strongest selves. They need the lies stripped away and truths about human nature affirmed. The masculine nature of boys becoming men needs to be affirmed and honored. Strong, courageous, tenacious men, able to protect and care for a family, are needed. Likewise, the miraculous natural gift of conception, birth, and nurturing the next generation, which is the endowment of girls, needs to be acknowledged and respected. Strong, prevailing, nurturing women, able to raise their next generation within a core family with their husbands by their sides, will be needed. America needs to cut the Gordian Knot of globalist totalitarian assault on strong individuals and families: Strand by strand, slicing regulations, false concepts, debilitating expectations, demoralizing concepts, and destructive laws. We may not get this done, but this is what we must attempt to save America.

The assassination of American Charlie Kirk has led much of our society to examine what a civilization is and to ask what creates a civilized society. Charlie Kirk was a strong and determined advocate for Judeo-Christian values, committed marriage, and the well-being of children and families. One of the most destructive moral influences upon American civilization was, and continues to be, Alfred Kinsey. In the span of his lifetime, Kinsey managed (with the aid of Deep State forces through the Intelligence services) to extensively upend the ethical forces that held in check baser human instincts. Civilization is in many ways the management of human appetites to maximize freedom for all members of the community. The mores of American culture in the 1940s, rooted in Judeo-Christian values, emphasized the respect and even sacredness of marriage, as well as the encouragement and affirmation of marital fidelity. Kinsey tore through these traditional values with a chainsaw—promoting promiscuity and declaring that if a sexual act could be physically performed, it was acceptable and natural. He included both adult sex with children, as well as sex with animals, in this definition. Kinsey’s books: Sexual Behavior in the Human Male(1948), followed by Sexual Behavior in the Human Female (1953), included chapters purporting to prove the sexuality of infants and prepubescent children with charts documenting what he called children’s orgasms. His sources for large portions of his data were predatory pedophiles, from whom Kinsey collected data for his hypotheses rather than reporting them to the authorities. These pedophiles, in turn, have been protected by the Kinsey Institute, a nonprofit affiliated with Indiana University. The data he collected from the sources he protected has continued to be locked away, supposedly to protect the privacy of the reporters who were abusing children. What an irony! That Kinsey, who advocates the removal of all boundaries upon sexuality, has one ironclad boundary of privacy protecting his research against the independent examination of the foundational sources of his data, including child abusers. Kinsey’s work inspired Hugh Hefner and spawned the entire Playboy empire, leading to the explosion of pornography, pedophilia, and the hook-up culture so prevalent in America today, and shaking the civilizational foundation of marriage and family to its core. The unraveling of the American family has, in turn, fractured the foundations of our very civilization. Even worse, Kinsey encouraged sexual acts and engagement between adults and children, including infants. As we reported in our earlier column on Alfred Kinsey: The [Kinsey] institute contains, in its archives, the stories of hundreds, if not thousands, of acts of sexual abuse against children. Many of these accounts involve the physical rape of very small children. These reports include precise details of the children crying, resisting, and making other efforts to fend off their assailants. These details are included because Dr. Alfred Kinsey, the Father of the Sexual Revolution, believed in collecting detailed “scientific” accounts of every kind of sexual act between human beings, including violent sexual acts committed upon children by adults. On their official website, the Kinsey Institute denies that Kinsey and his colleagues hired, collaborated with, or persuaded people to carry out experiments on children. But Dr. Reisman’s research and evidence, along with the evidence of others, prove otherwise. Furthermore, a 1995 Washington Post article reported: Yesterday, the director of the Kinsey Institute revealed that Kinsey’s conclusions on the sexuality of young children were based not on scientific study but on the secret history of a single pedophile who kept a diary of his experiences with 317 pre-adolescent boys. The Kinsey Institute director in 1995 was John Bancroft, who “clarified” Kinsey’s research approach at a press conference in Washington, DC, called by a Representative of Congress investigating Kinsey’s methods of research, their legality, conclusions, and effects upon school curricula and American culture. Bancroft went on to declare that no one will ever know what happened to the children whose orgasms are reported in the Kinsey Tables in the Sexual Behavior of the Human Male. The Post article continued quoting Bancroft: “There was no contact with any of the boys by anyone at the institute, only with the man’s notes,” he said. The institute “has never carried out sexual experiments on children.” As for the pedophile — who was not paid — he is catalogued at the Kinsey Institute under a pseudonym, which could be decoded but will not be if Bancroft has anything to do with it. “The man is long dead. He died around 1955,” the director said. The 50th Anniversary edition of the Sexual Behavior in the Human Female includes eighteen closely typed pages in justification and defense of Kinsey’s work, written by the Director of the Institute at that time, John Bancroft. Kinsey believed in a concept he termed ‘total sexual outlet.’ Bancroft declared: The fact that he [Kinsey] combined orgasms from six principal sources, masturbation, nocturnal emissions, heterosexual petting, heterosexual intercourse, homosexual relations, and intercourse with animals, to derive his ‘total sexual outlet,’ in no way means that he regarded each of these sources of orgasm as of equal value in social or interpersonal or emotional terms, for either men or women. His lack of comment on the moral value of any form of sexual behavior was central to his non-judgmental approach, without which his long-running project, which he envisioned as continuing for many years longer than it did, would not have been viable. We regret that he made no such moral comparisons, because without them he describes sexual behavior in something of a moral vacuum which others have been quick to fill with their own interpretations of Kinsey’s moral standpoint… Bancroft goes on to discuss critics of Kinsey’s work. What he fails to observe is that in this vacuum, which he describes, many new liberties and assumptions were indeed taken, and many moral protections, however imperfect, which had been in place for generations for women and for all children (and for that matter, animals) were gravely weakened. Most egregiously, Kinsey declared in 1953 in Sexual Behavior in the Human Female: There are, of course, instances of adults who have done physical damage to children with whom they have attempted sexual contact… But these cases are in the minority, and the public should learn to distinguish such serious contacts from other adult contacts that are not likely to do the child any appreciable harm if the child’s parents do not become disturbed. Robert D. Rarely is one of our shows as intricately fascinating and self-disclosing to our guest and ourselves that we cannot adequately describe all that we covered, all that we learned, and all that we began integrating anew into our knowledge as the interview evolved.   Our guest, physician Juliette Engel, was a captive, slave, and experimental subject controlled by the CIA from early childhood until age sixteen. Acting on her own, she then escaped the CIA/MKUltra house of devil worship — a subject we will let her tell you about in the interview. She began her new life as a college student, and to manage her severe post-traumatic stress, she developed amnesia for her horrendous past. As a therapist and researcher, I know this happens, but it requires a powerful mind like Dr. Engel to accomplish it and ultimately to flourish.   Dr. Engel is part of a growing number of people coming forth about their experiences as victims of CIA experiments, which in part were training her to become a part of what I have decided to call, “the global community of abusers without conscience,” a powerful aspect of the global predators and their unholy empires.   Adding incredible background to her personal testimony, she sent us in advance a document released from the National Security Archive on December 23, 2024. The ominous title is “CIA Behavioral Control Experiments Focus of New Scholarly Collection.”   The CIA documents confirm many of Dr. Engel’s memories, which only began to unfold much later, after a life of medical reform work in Russia.   Confirming Our Own Experiences with the Deep State and CIA   One huge confirmation for me and Ginger is how much the CIA was indeed focused on defending and supporting the very kind or torturous and inhuman psychiatric treatments that I began openly opposing in the early 1970s, including lobotomy and other forms of psychosurgery and electroshock (ECT) which I have described as an electrical closed-head lobotomy.   Another insight for me was the similarity between the CIA agents and collaborators, as described in the CIA documents, and the global predators we have described in our book, COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey. This is the same profile we continue to explore in our recent columns about America’s four current empires: the Western Global Empire, the Eastern Global Chinese Communist Empire, the Russian Empire, and the Caliphate Muslim Empire.   These predators, across a broad spectrum of activities, are primarily motivated by a lust for power over other human beings. They also desire wealth, but mostly as a tool for gaining power. What drives them is the desire to exert power over as many people as possible within their sphere, whether it is a political party, a criminal cabal or conspiracy, a government agency, a nation, an empire, or a global governance.   If they did not lust for power, they would not succeed in their goal of dominating, controlling, exploiting, enslaving, or killing as many people as possible. They must also possess extreme cunning and shrewdness to be able to manipulate and exploit so many people and to compete for power among so many other violent, cunning people. Probably above all else, they must be masters of conspiracy, able to seduce or intimidate others into helping them pursue their evil aims.   These predators must lack identification with the people within their own family,  group, nation, or empire, because seizing and growing enormous power usually requires, as history demonstrates, killing competitors in their own families and their own inner circles of co-conspirators, as well as millions of their own people, as demonstrated by apex global predators from Alexander “the Great” to Hitler, Stalin, Mao, and the current leaders of Communist China.   These predators must not allow themselves to genuinely love anyone, because such entanglements and feelings would check or inhibit the kind of evil conduct required for fulfilling their primary lust for power. Ultimately, they must not identify with anyone but themselves.   The following excerpts are taken from the vastly important document that our guest, Juliette Engel, MD, first drew to our attention, “CIA Behavior Control Experiments Focus of New Scholarly Collection.”  [The document lacks page numbers, but the excerpts can be located by means of searching the document:]   Excerpt 1 from the CIA Documents   Asked whether the CIA had tried to identify “techniques of producing retrograde amnesia,” Gottlieb said it was something that they “talked about,” but that he could not “remember any specific projects or specific research mounted in response to that question.” Asked if the CIA ever used “psychosurgery research projects,” Gottlieb said his “remembrance is that they did.”   Excerpt 2   The elevation of Allen Dulles to deputy director of central intelligence in 1951 led to an expansion of BLUEBIRD programs under a new name, ARTICHOKE, and under the direction of Gottlieb at TSS. The new program was to include, among other projects, the development of “gas guns” and “poisons,” and experiments to test whether “monotonous sounds,” “concussion,” “electroshock,” and “induced sleep” could be used as a means to gain “hypnotic control of an individual.”[5]   Excerpt 3   Another prominent MKULTRA “cutout” foundation, the Human Ecology Society, was run by Cornell Medical Center neurologist Dr. Harold Wolff, who wrote an early study of communist brainwashing techniques for Allen Dulles and later partnered with the CIA to develop a combination of drugs and sensory deprivation that could be used to erase the human mind. Among the most extreme MKULTRA projects funded through Wolff’s group were the infamous “depatterning” experiments conducted by Dr. D. Ewen Cameron at the Allan Memorial Institute, a psychiatric hospital at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Cameron’s methods combined induced sleep, electroshocks, and “psychic driving,” under which drugged subjects were psychologically tortured for weeks or months in an effort to reprogram their minds.   Except 4   While no new techniques had been discovered, presently known mind control techniques described in the attachment include the use of LSD and other drugs, hypnosis, the use of the polygraph, neurosurgery, and electric shock treatments. However, field testing of these techniques has been handicapped by the “inability to provide the medical competence for a final evaluation and for such field testing as the evaluation indicates. Repeated efforts to recruit medical personnel have failed and until recently the CIA Medical Staff has not been in a position to assist.”   Excerpt 5   The response from TSS lists 17 “materials and methods” that the Chemical Division was working to develop, including:   *substances that “promote illogical thinking,” materials that would “render the induction of hypnosis easier” or “enhance its usefulness,” substances that would help individuals to endure “privation, torture and coercion during interrogation” and attempts at ‘brainwashing,’” *“materials and physical methods” to “produce amnesia” and “shock and confusion over extended periods of time,” substances that would “produce physical disablement, including paralysis, *substances that “alter personality structure” or that “produce ‘pure’ euphoria with no subsequent let-down,” and a “knockout pill” for use in surreptitious druggings and to produce amnesia, among other things. [Asterisks and bold added]   Excerpt 6   Gibbons was not fully clear on how the CIA obtained LSD, but most of it came from the Eli Lilly & Company, according to this memo, which “apparently makes a gift of it to CIA.”  [bold added. There are many mentions in the report citing Eli Lilly as the source of massive of amounts of LSD which the CIA then inflicted upon Americans, sometimes as experiments and sometimes for financial gain.]   End of Excerpts   In the current release of CIA documents, many well-known government officials and universities are named as supporting and collaborating with MKUltra and other ghastly CIA experiments. Particularly stunning to me, the CIA bought a new wing for the Georgetown University Hospital, in return for which the CIA was given a special “safe house” inside the medical wing where they were free to inflict their wanton will on involuntary experimental subjects with supportive help from the hospital.   One More Step in Facing the Evil Within   These quotes confirm what I had long suspected and had only limited data to confirm — that the CIA and other government agencies are very protective and supportive of psychosurgery (lobotomy) and electroshock treatment (ECT). They want to research and apply these gross methods of damaging the human brain and mind to facilitate interrogation, to erase memories, to change personalities, and to make people more obedient and robotic. They also want them widely used in society to dumb down and render passive as many people as possible on the way to building the global slave state.   During this interview, we began to more deeply appreciate the involvement of the Deep State in psychiatry and psychology and the strength of their opposition to my reform work going back to the early 1970s. My earliest reform efforts focused on these two treatments, psychosurgery and then electroshock, and finally matured into seeing all psychiatric treatment as an assault on the brain and mind.   In various books and scientific articles, Ginger and I have been pointing to federal agencies pushing lobotomy (DOJ, NIMH), pushing electroshock (CIA, FDA), and pushing psychoactive drugs (FDA, CIA, NIMH, NIH, Department of Education, and others.   Our greatest confrontation with federal agencies came during an intense few years when we educated and organized people to shut down a massive U.S. interagency eugenical program to go into the inner cities to identify supposed biological and genetic causes of violence in black children and youth. Kirk Moore, MD, is a plastic surgeon who literally stands for “truth, beauty, and goodness.” He is a genuine American hero. Many of us admire Dr. Moore for protecting his patients, children, and adults, by giving them medical certificates stating he had given them the Covid jab when he had not. Following the Hippocratic Oath of “Do no harm,” Dr. Moore saved people from death and an infinite number of other harms, including heart disease, neurologic disease, sterility and miscarriages, cancers, impaired cognition and emotional control, and the passing on of newly defective genes.   Dr. Moore was not only saving the people themselves from the deadly shots, but he was also helping everyone who relied upon them or loved them. If we look at who was most affected by the mandates and hence came to him for the certificates, many would have been among the most harmed by the mandates, such as healthcare providers and emergency responders. And he was saving children who needed the protection of adults against medical abuse.   Dr. Moore was charged with enough crimes by the Biden administration to put him in prison for 35 years, beyond the average lifespan of a 59-year-old man. Then, despite public outrage among Trump supporters, the Trump Administration went along with having Dr. Moore hauled into a courtroom and put on trial. Finally, after five days of grueling trial, Attorney General Pam Bondi issued a statement that the trial was ending, and the government would not be allowed to bring any further trials.   A major question quickly entered our minds: “Was the Trump administration protecting the vaccine instead of Dr. Moore by ending the trial?”   This aligns with the agreement forced on Dr. Moore, which prohibited him from suing the government for financial or other damages. These damages were enormous, stemming from both his practice and his attorney fees, including five grueling days of trial. Did the government do this because they wanted to avoid a new trial where, unlike the current trial, Dr. Moore would be allowed to bring in his own experts on how damaging the COVID jabs were? The judge had thus far prohibited Dr. Moore from bringing in his own medical and scientific experts to confirm how dangerous the vaccines were, and Dr. Moore might have the opportunity if he brought his own case against the government.   Then we interviewed Sasha Latypova — a researcher whom we deeply respect. Both Sasha and Katherine Watt, another researcher we deeply respect, were consultants to Dr. Moore leading up to the trial, and he tells us in the interview how appreciative he is of them and their contributions. Sasha, in her interview, told us that the government had made many mistakes, potentially forcing the judge to take the restraints off Dr. Moore and his team, who wanted to question witnesses about how bad the vaccines are. But in talking with Dr. Moore, who clearly feels grateful for the Trump administration finally intervening on his side, there was more at stake than we thought in regard to protecting the vaccines.   As Dr. Moore described the events of the five days in the final part of this new interview with us, we could see a change in his own analysis. As the last few days of the trial unraveled, it began to dawn on all of us that he could have won the trial!   The government was not only trying to stop further discovery about how bad the vaccines were, but the government must also have become afraid that they could actually lose the jury trial. Not only being able to do discovery in ways that never have been done before, but also winning a jury trial for a doctor who defied the government’s attempt to control his relationship with his physician, would have reaffirmed the basic medical ethics that Covid-19 utterly wrecked.   A victory by Dr. Moore would have helped to restore the sacredness of the doctor-patient relationship, the right and necessity of doctors to give informed consent, and to do their best not to harm their patients, even if ordered by the government to harm them.   Dr. Moore set a clear and heroic example as a physician who put his ethics and his patients’ well-being ahead of the powers of government. That’s potentially earth-shaking. And this isn’t David merely fighting another larger mortal named Goliath; it is David against Leviathan, the whale of the entire government, seeking to devour us humans one by one.   As I mentioned earlier, Ginger and I had already concluded that the only reason Attorney General Bondi stopped the trial was the growing possibility that Dr. Moore and his attorneys would get the right to do discovery on how evil the Covid project was, especially its “vaccines.” In other words, President Donald Trump did not want the public learning more about how bad the vaccines are. I had already written a Substack to that conclusion based on our interview with Shasha Latypova, who was a consultant to the trial, a researcher who Dr. Moore also deeply appreciates.   I asked Dr. Moore before the show if I could raise questions about bad motivations on the part of the Trump Administration, letting the trial even start, then stopping it abruptly. He said it was fine to discuss it, and we did this in the final segment of the show.   As you listen to the final segment, you may get the impression that Dr. Moore, good man that he is, and grateful to the President as well, only reluctantly wants to support what comes out. What comes out is this: Dr. Moore and his team not only stood a good chance of getting to do discovery on how bad the shots are, they were making so many good points, they might even have won the trial.   Trump really is protecting not only Operation Warp Speed, but also continuing to market the same mRNA genetic shots. Indeed, he is probably protecting the deadly mRNA platforms’ billion-dollar industry that is being created to produce a seemingly endless variety of products and uses to be injected into our bodies.   This is a national emergency, not a mere political disagreement. The Trump administration’s healthcare policies, as announced by Robert F. Kennedy, include wearables (chips that can go over your skin or under it). Along with that action, RFK is now announcing a fully digitalized universal medical records system that is the last great step toward complete medical surveillance of everyone, to be followed by socialized medicine, to be followed by an even more totalitarian government.   We need to gain courage from the actions of heroes and patriots like Dr. Kirk Moore and resist every effort to trample upon our Constitutional rights and our God-given freedoms.

There is no better argument against socialism and Communism than to speak to someone who has grown up and lived through the oppression. Dr. Kirk Moore is a hero of the COVID wars. He administered saline shots instead of COVID vaccines to his patients and issued vaccine cards to them, allowing them to continue with their work or school. In doing so, Dr. Moore preserved the health of his patients and fulfilled his Hippocratic Oath to do no harm. He was subsequently charged by the Biden administration in 2023 with violating laws that resulted in “sabotaging” the rollout of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. Appeals to the new Trump administration to pardon the doctor or dismiss the case were ignored, and the trial moved forward.   Jury selection was done, and the discovery phase had begun. The trial had gone on for one week. Officials were being interrogated on the witness stand. Colleagues, patients, friends, and patriots filled the courtroom, and a growing awareness of this ongoing travesty of justice was evident through social media.   Then, in the eleventh hour, the charges were suddenly dropped. US Attorney General Pam Bondi said, “Dr. Moore gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so. He did not deserve the years in prison he was facing. It ends today.” She undoubtedly acted with the approval, if not the insistence, of President Trump. And it really was over, because there was a provision that the government could not bring it again.   At first, it seemed like a miracle. Everyone we know was delighted for Dr. Moore and his loved ones, and so were we.   However, a compromise agreement was forced on Dr. Moore as part of the government’s decision to drop the case: Dr. Moore would NOT be allowed to sue the government for costs.   In addition to the caveat, the whole thing began to look suspicious. There was no ripple effect. Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s Health and Human Services was still endorsing the vaccine for large populations of patients. Anyone over 65 years of age was supposed to receive it, as was anyone else who had pre-existing conditions, including pregnant and nursing mothers, and babies 6 months of age and older.   This meant that there were literally hundreds of thousands of patients who ran the risk of being murdered or disabled by lifelong conditions due to the ongoing distribution of the vaccines. A significant number of patients, especially among the elderly, the ill, and pregnant women and their children, would die before their natural time, from heart disease, from a damaged immune system, from miscarriage or stillbirth, to hundreds of other identified adverse effects of the jab.   Was there an increasing awareness in the administration about the damage done by the mRNA vaccines? Was this ending of the trial an acknowledgement of the heroism this physician demonstrated in protecting his patients from the potentially deadly effects of the COVID-19 vaccine? Were we going to see mRNA vaccines suspended and banned? Damaged patients recognized and helped? Charges brought against those responsible for creating and pushing the toxic, deadly mRNA bioweapons upon a gaslit public?   “Trump and Bondi are stopping discovery!”   All of this was puzzling us, until Ginger Breggin realized in a flash, “Trump and Bondi are stopping discovery. They don’t want the public hearing revelations about the COVID-19 and deadly jabs.”   But we remained puzzled about the timing. Why wait so long into the trial before ending it? Was it just to stretch out the punishment of the good doctor and those who care about him, as well as those who want to see a full investigation and rejection of the COVID-19 attack on humanity?   And there was that caveat to the ending of the trial, a compromise demanded by the government — that Dr. Moore agree not to sue.   Enter Sasha Latypova   Our radio interview with Sasha Latypova, released on podcast on July 18, 2025, has helped clarify our understanding of the government’s conduct.   Latypova is a very successful retired pharmaceutical consultant who has become a reformer, initially in response to the travesties of COVID-19. She is now among the very top of vaccine and pharmaceutical experts in the entire health freedom and freedom movement. She, along with another great freedom fighter, Katherine Watt, had helped Dr. Moore’s legal team develop his defense.   In our interview with Latypova, she reports that the judge had initially ruled against Dr. Moore presenting critical information in his defense about the deadliness of the vaccines. The government allowed the trial to begin and continue because it had no fear of COVID-19 disclosures coming to light. Nothing would come up to discredit Trump’s beloved Operation Warp Speed and to bring the global conspiracy crashing down. But the government made a mistake by bringing up one of the suppressed subjects. So the judge now lifted the secrecy of specific materials about the murderous effects of the vaccines that Dr. Moore was refusing to give to his patients. Kirk Moore’s team was about to blow open the whole Covid Murderous Scam.   A Comment by Dr. Breggin   In my legal work as a medical expert, I have testified in cases where judges have ruled out my bringing up information that would harm the other side’s case, and sometimes I have been able to legally get past the prohibition. In a case against St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Washington, DC, an older man was petitioning for release after decades of horrendous, involuntary incarceration. At the start of the trial, the judge ruled that I could not testify about my findings in the hospital records that the man had been repeatedly sexually abused since he was hospitalized as a teenager, causing his condition to vastly deteriorate over many years of being abused while locked up.   After my direct testimony, in which I was not allowed to discuss the most important issue in the case, the repeated sexual abuse of my client, I now had to face cross-examination by an attorney representing the hospital. During the cross-examination, the increasingly hostile lawyer for the hospital asked me in a sneering fashion, thinking he would trap me in front of the jury, “If the patient is not schizophrenic as every hospital doctor has diagnosed him for decades, what’s your diagnosis?”   I responded, “Chronic Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Due to Repeated Sexual Abuse in the Hospital.” Of course, the lawyer protested that I had broken the rules, but the judge replied, “You asked him the question, counselor, and he gave an appropriate answer.” The judge ruled that the answer would be allowed, and then I was able to amplify it with the hospital records during re-cross by the victim’s attorney.   Probably because this incriminating material of severe injustice was brought to light, the jury gave the remarkable and unexpected opinion that the man was not mentally ill and that the hospital must find a better, safer placement for him.   From Dr. Peter Breggin’s resume:   1991: In Washington, D.C. in Richey v. St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, an elderly man involuntarily hospitalized since his teenage years and now suffering from post-traumatic dementia brought an action to be released from St. Elizabeths Hospital in DC on the grounds that he was not mentally ill. He chose a jury trial. Dr. Breggin testified that the young man had not been severely disturbed when admitted for problems with truancy but was raped in the hospital, an event leading to a lifetime of incarceration in the institution. Dr. Breggin documented incidents of physical and sexual abuse in the hospital throughout the inmate’s lifetime hospital stay from his teenage to his elder years. Dr. Breggin also testified on the impact of multiple medications, electroshock, repeated sexual abuse, and chronic institutionalization on the man as a teenager, adult, and elder. The jury found for the patient, declaring that he was not mentally ill, and by implication, that he was a victim of chronic, continuing abuse. The judge ordered the hospital to facilitate his release to a less restrictive environment.   We believe the Trump administration stopped the case against Dr. Kirk Moore precisely in order to prevent shocking discoveries which would have finally shed public light on Covid jab deaths and destruction, and the massive global coverup. And that is also why they had to stop Dr. Moore from bringing another embarrassing case, asking to be refunded his enormous costs from the legal fees and his loss of income.   The only explanation that makes sense is that the charges against Dr. Kirk Moore were dropped to avoid discovery under oath in a court of law of officials who had participated in the greatest product liability negligence and fraud cases in the history of medicine — virtual mass murder.   We, the American people, are witnesses to the Trump regime becoming coconspirators in the ongoing program to destroy freedom and human life under the fraudulent banner of public health responses to pandemics. The global predators behind all this are clearly planning to do this to us again and again as a major bioweapon against humanity and human freedom.   In this amazing interview with Sasha Latypova, she describes another case in which she is involved, in this other case not only as a consultant but as a potential expert witness.
