Colonel Lawrence (Larry) Wilkerson is a retired US Army Colonel who served in the military for 31 years and was the former chief of staff to General Colin Powell in his role as Secretary of State and earlier as a General Powell's special assistant when he served as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.  He is a Distinguished Adjunct Professor of  Government and Public Policy at the College of William and Mary in Virginia. Dr. Alex Gomez-Marin is a Spanish theoretical physicist who became a neuroscientist. Alex has specialized in the neurobiology of action perception -- or how we perceive the world and then immediately act upon it.
