All of our lives are worthy of a movie or documentary according to Trina J, a coach friend of mine who. However, our inner conflicts about being good enough or being ready come up and prevent us from shining our bright light.
That is where Trina J meets her clients when it comes building confidence on and off screen, starting with addressing that little girl in the mirror and all her past pain.
In Today's episode, Trina J shares:
Her story switching from journalism to broadcast and experiencing what she refers to as "the backlash" of shining bright.
Navigating her own struggles with learning to shine and deal with the haters, and using her gifts to help women heal their inner child wounds so they can shine bright again.
Breaking through the narratives that were given to us and rebuilding into the women you truly want to become.
Breaking the myth that we have to preform perfectly on the first try and normalizing the self doubt that will surface when we do something new
How to line up with your magnetic and magical energy that no one else can imitate.
Glorifying the triumph we have experienced among the trauma.
Tools to help build up the confidence, whether it is on or off camera.

Body shame is, unfortunately, so normalized in our society. I believe it is so important to bring to light that body shame is a disconnect from our joy and intuition, and when we can begin to heal these fragmented parts of ourselves we are able to access our greatness so that we can live out our soul purpose!
Knowing how to face and cope with the stigma of body and learning to celebrate your body instead of being depressed f seeing it is very helpful specially to those who experience body shaming.
So in today's episode, I am joined by Kat Fox, a Certified Master-Level Coach specializing in Body Image and I help women release guilt and shame tied to their bodies so that they can own their greatness and live their biggest life ever!
In this episode, we'll discuss:
Celebrate body
Body shaming and how to cope with it
Different things to consider when faced with how other people perceive your body
Postpartum depression and anxiety about body image
