What does it mean to belong to ourself? How do we go about building the self trust required to choose ourselves, even when the world around doesn't? Today's episode explores my own process of learning to belong to myself and brings in the wonderful work on Brené Brown to define true belonging and the process of braving the wilderness from her incredible book. Each and every woman in this world is unique. We were born and raised differently but we also have a lot of things in common just like our period and our period health.    The information and the education that we get about our periods as women is not as extensive as they should be. We're given a little knowledge in our biology lesson and then we're off on our way.
