Whistle is a 2026 teen-centric horror film directed by Corin Hardy (The Nun) that follows a misfit group of high school students who stumble upon a cursed artifact: an ancient Aztec Death Whistle. Unaware of its power, the teenagers blow the whistle, releasing a terrifying curse that forces them to confront their own mortality as their future deaths begin to hunt them down. Cujo is a 1983 American horror film directed by Lewis Teague, written by Don Carlos Dunaway and Barbara Turner (using the pen name Lauren Currier), and starring Dee Wallace, Daniel Hugh Kelly, and Danny Pintauro. The Long Kiss Goodnight is a 1996 American action-thriller film co-produced and directed by Renny Harlin, and produced by Shane Black and Stephanie Austin from a screenplay by Black. It stars Geena Davis, Samuel L. Jackson, Tom Amandes, Yvonne Zima, Brian Cox, Patrick Malahide, Craig Bierko, and David Morse. The story follows an amnesiac schoolteacher (Davis) who sets out to recover her identity with the help of a private detective (Jackson) when they uncover a dark government conspiracy. Constantine is a 2005 American supernatural superhero film directed by Francis Lawrence, and written by Kevin Brodbin and Frank Cappello with notable producing credits including Akiva Goldsman (who won an Oscar for A Beautiful Mind). The film stars Keanu Reeves as John Constantine, a cynical exorcist with the ability to perceive and communicate with half-angels and half-demons in their true forms and to travel between Earth and Hell. The Prophecy is a 1995 American fantasy thriller horror film starring Christopher Walken, Elias Koteas, Virginia Madsen, Eric Stoltz, and Viggo Mortensen. It was written and directed by Gregory Widen in his feature directorial debut, and is the first film of The Prophecy series. The film tells the story of the Archangel Gabriel and his search for an evil soul on Earth, and a police detective who unknowingly becomes caught in the middle of an angelic civil war. The Birds is a 1963 American natural horror-thriller film produced and directed by Alfred Hitchcock, released by Universal Pictures and starring Jessica Tandy, Rod Taylor, Suzanne Pleshette, and introducing Tippi Hedren in her film debut. Loosely based on the 1952 short story of the same name by Daphne du Maurier, it focuses on a series of sudden and unexplained violent bird attacks on the people of Bodega Bay, California, over the course of a few days. Friday the 13th 2  is a 1981 American slasher film produced and directed by Steve Miner in his directorial debut, and written by Ron Kurz. It is the sequel to Friday the 13th (1980), and the second installment in the franchise. Adrienne King, Betsy Palmer, and Walt Gorney reprise their respective roles from the first film as Alice Hardy, Pamela Voorhees, and Crazy Ralph. Amy Steel and John Furey also star. Taking place five years after the first film, Part 2 follows a similar premise, with an unknown stalker killing a group of camp counselors at a training camp near Crystal Lake.
