Art therapy is about the individual explaining their art work to you. good job with that.
sorry but my anxiety friends dont respond well to meditation at first. doing an art piece does. I know meditations work however most are not open to this form yet.
be careful with clay it can trigger traumatic responses even more si if the person was sexually abused.
Are you a certified art therapist or just another artist teaching art and claiming you are an art therapist. I am a grad student for art therapy and this doesn't even sound like art therapy. Sounds like someone who loves art. I will give you a second chance by listening to the next blog. Also in order for a person to heal themselves with proper direction they should see an art therapist.
