It's laughable how some of these guys will sit there and say that Midsommar was tropey and Hereditary was so wonderful considering the fact that the only original thing about Hereditary was the director. I enjoyed the movie, but Hereditary was one cliche after another. It also was a little bothersome that only one or two of these people has a definition of horror that is broad enough to include a movie that can easily be categorized as horror as Midsummer is. I don't think I'll be checking these guys out again.
