Wasn't going to put out another episode until my foot was fully healed and I could start having guests on again...
But this past weekend I watched the first episode of the Kanye West documentary (Netflix) and the full Mod Sun documentary (Youtube, and felt so inspired that I knew I had to do an episode about them!
I hope you all give the documentaries a chance, and I hope they spark that inspiration for you as well!
Wrapping up the sh*t show that will forever be known as 2021!
I talk about what I'm listening to: Counterparts and Ruston Kelly.
And i talk about the insights that I've gained this year that will hopefully connect with the listeners!
And I might mention the fact that I broke my foot, and what I've learned through that experience...
All In all, I just want to thank everybody who listens to this podcast! I love you all, and the support means more than you could ever know!
Lets f*ck 2022 up!! (In a good way)

Technically, this is the 51st episode of the Don't Start A Band Podcast!
I fell off a little bit during the pandemic and/or tried different ideas for the podcast...
But at the end of the day, I LOVE doing the podcast and recording episodes, so that's exactly what I'm going to do from here on out!
I'm gonna shoot for once a week, and basically I will be sharing music I'm listening to, recent Ideas and realizations, and going Live on Instagram to add a little dialogue!
I will still have guests on! So if you're interested in being on an episode, shoot me an email at dsabpodcast@gmail.com !

This is the Intro for the podcasts' new segment, "Why Them?"
I will be talking about bands/artists that I love, but some people... don't.
This segment is not so much about me trying to defend the artists love; it's more about me really getting to the heart of why I love these artists, what they did to hit it big, and how it's relevant today!
I'm super excited about this new segment, and you should be too! Episodes will be top notch, and way more consistent than they have been!
Stay tuned because episode 1 will be up very soon!

James posted a thread on Twitter dedicated to what you should do if you want to start a podcast! **LINK BELOW**
