very helpful information. To discuss this w/ many people in your inner circle can be daunting at times b/c they simply don't understand. It is very easy to end up in abusive relationships b/c usually the person is targeted & groomed. By the time you realize what is happening, you may be so stuck in Stockholm Syndrome & cognitive dissonance, both which takes much time to resolve the mental conflicts, more so if you have experienced many traumas. I use the word elusive loosely b/c many traumas is whatever you deem as that amount for you.
