1. Why you need to track the data and be in the right mindset to sell
2. What is the right formula to sell (hint: it’s to do with your energy)
3. Why should we be ok with the ‘no’

Writing copy for your website seems like it should be easy—you know your business better than anyone, right?
But that’s exactly what makes it so hard. When you’re deep in your own world, it’s tricky to step back and see things from an outsider’s perspective.
You might struggle to simplify your message, get stuck in jargon, or second-guess every word. Plus, writing about yourself can feel awkward.
It’s a frustrating cycle that leaves many business owners staring at a blinking cursor for way too long.
Good website copy isn’t just about describing what you do—it’s about engaging your audience, guiding them through the buyer’s journey, and making sure they take action.

Do you know what your brand represents?
Your business brand is far more than just a logo, colour scheme, or tagline—it’s an extension of who you are and the values you bring to the table.
When your brand is aligned with your authentic self and resonates with your ideal clients, it creates trust and connection.
Clients are drawn to businesses that reflect their values and meet their needs, but alignment begins with clarity. If your brand doesn’t accurately communicate who you are and what you stand for, the right clients may struggle to find or trust you.
People naturally pick up on energy—whether it’s warm and inviting, bold and confident, or calm and professional. When the energy you project matches the experience you deliver, you’re more likely to build lasting relationships, repeat business, and word-of-mouth referrals.
Being aligned with your brand has numerous benefits.

Do you feel it's difficult to manifest and attract money into your life?
Maybe you've already read countless books and still feel like it's impossible, yet all the gurus say it's easy.
Now, whether you're a business owner or just thinking about your personal life, it's essential to view money not just as a means to an end but as a vital resource that fuels growth.
Thinking about money requires a strategic mindset, where every financial decision is carefully evaluated for its long-term impact.
However, it's important to remember that many people, just like you, unknowingly create mental blocks about money that can hinder your success.
These blocks often stem from deep-seated beliefs and attitudes toward money formed in childhood or through society.
For example, the fear of financial failure might prevent you from taking calculated risks necessary for growth.
Alternatively, a scarcity mindset can lead to underinvestment in critical areas, stalling your progress.
Recognizing these blocks is the first step toward overcoming them and fostering a healthier relationship with money.
This is why I want to introduce you to Kayleigh Provins.
Kayleigh helps women create more money and wealth effortlessly by transforming their money mindset and mastering wealth energetics.
And today, we're going to talk about how to easily manifest and attract money.
Trust me, you'll love today's episode and it might change how you manifest money from today!

What does being calm mean to you?
And I'm sure you've heard so many people say: "Just stay calm, it'll all be ok..." And you feel this sentence triggers you even more.
Being calm means controlling your emotions and reactions, allowing you to think clearly and respond thoughtfully rather than impulsively.
Failing to practice calmness can lead to various negative outcomes, especially when you feel out of control. Chronic stress and anxiety can result from a constant state of agitation, impacting both mental and physical health.
This is why you also need to go back to the basics and start caring for your needs.
Practising calmness daily can involve several strategies, such as mindfulness meditation. This powerful tool allows you to focus on the present moment and your breath, helping to quiet the mind and reduce stress.
Similarly, regular physical exercise, like yoga or walking, can also promote calmness by releasing tension and boosting mood.
Even though these are just a few things you can do, there are many other simple tips.
And so, I would like to introduce you to Jenna Hermans.
Jenna is a high-performance coach and co-founder of Be Courageous. She works with individuals and organisations to create infrastructure that supports overall well-being.
Today, you’re going to learn:
1. What being calm really means.
2. The 5 Pillars of Calm
3. How to look after yourself using CHEER.
4. Additional tips to practise being calm every day.
