John Johanas didn't have the typical pathway into video games, with work in the art not being on the radar for quite some time. Now that he's arrived though, he's made a huge impact through his work with Tango Gameworks on The Evil Within and one of 2023's finest, Hi-Fi Rush. Having been playing video games since the ripe age of 2, cutting his teeth on the likes of DOOM, Garth Edwards has always been on the path towards game development, despite any diversions that might have come up along the way.
