Have you ever had one of those days where you weren’t feeling like yourself and then life takes a huge shift?  Today was one of those days for me. You see, we all succumb to paralyzation through comparison. I’m not immune to this either.  I can’t tell you how many times I attempt to discredit myself simply from looking at the social media platforms of other people in my space.  Today I was feeling some kind of way, and a trip to the mailbox changed everything. Listen to find out why a single note of appreciation outweighs 100,000+ followers.   I’m talking about one of those times when you simply don’t feel like yourself, but then something happens to bring you back.  Today that was a conversation with my good friend Bryce Presscott.   To alter the course of your life, join a group of like-minded individuals in the 10 Day Challenge.  Click here to sign up! https://go.lifeoptimizationgroup.com/10day-video-training     Are you looking to connect further with a group of like-mind people? Today I’m joined by my incredible wife Lindsay on our seventh and final day to wrap up our experience at Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica.  This episode features a deep dive into both of our ayahuasca journeys. Lindsay talks about some fears and personal boundaries she had to get over during the course of the week.  Beyond that, we detail everything we went through on a daily basis, including a little “backside connection” between myself and my wife. You won’t want to miss this. As I mentioned in a previous episode, I asked that the medicine show me how to create the biggest impact.  After I communicated what I saw with Gerry Powell, he was left with a grin on his face. It became clear to me that Rythmia is the place that will help me to create the largest impact on the world.  I know that I can guide people down the path of healing through plant based medicine and a strategic coaching protocol leading into the trip to Costa Rica. After all this time, I realized that I’ve never told you the listener that I love you.  Since the podcast launched more than a year ago, I’ve been on a mission to create the largest possible impact I can in the world.  Today I recount how my final experience with plant-based medicine brought me the answers. This truly changed my life and brought me back to a sense of what I’d call home.  Listen as I reflect on the four different experiences and how they’ve interwoven to create a heightened sense of awareness of what my life can become.   To alter the course of your life, join a group of like-minded individuals in the 10 Day Challenge.  Click here to sign up! https://go.lifeoptimizationgroup.com/10day-video-training     Are you looking to connect further with a group of like-mind people? Today I’m honored and truly blessed to be sitting down with Gerry Powell, the founder of Rythmia Life Advancement Center.  To call Gerry’s story fascinating is an extreme understatement. After battling addiction and drug issues, Gerry found his way to plant medicine as a last ditch solution.  It was during this experience that the foundation for Rythmia Life Advancement Center was laid. In this incredible interview, Gerry goes in depth on how ayahuasca creates such a profound impact on the human experience.  No matter if you have an interest in plant medicine or not, Gerry’s philosophy for life is something to behold. Have you ever felt as if the modern world is simply too busy for you to be able to focus on what really matters?  Being in Costa Rica and experiencing the effects of plant based medicine certainly has me feeling that way. We all seek these eternal sources of validation, when what we’re seeking has been with us the whole time.  On the fourth day of our journey to Rythmia, I go completely out of body with my experience and get back in touch with the earth. We all seem to be searching for something.  Afterall, that’s the reason I traveled to Rythmia in the first place.  I arrived in Costa Rica looking for answers. Seeking out the merging of my soul and the healing of my heart, little did I realize the answers have been in front of me all along.  Today recaps what I’d call one of the most impactful moments of my life. Join me as I turn the past to ashes and lean into the person I was meant to be.   To alter the course of your life, join a group of like-minded individuals in the 10 Day Challenge.  Click here to sign up! https://go.lifeoptimizationgroup.com/10day-video-training     Are you looking to connect further with a group of like-mind people? Welcome to Day 2 of Rythmia week!  Today I recount the first of four ayahuasca experiences.  After thinking that I simply slept through my first experience, listen to find out the impact that came on the backside.  Speaking of the backside, you’re not going to want to miss the ridiculous story that came out of my first colon cleanse. I’m guessing there’s someone out there that can relate even if you don’t want to share openly.  For anyone interested in plant-based medicine, I urge you to listen to this episode.   To alter the course of your life, join a group of like-minded individuals in the 10 Day Challenge.  Click here to sign up! https://go.lifeoptimizationgroup.com/10day-video-training     Are you looking to connect further with a group of like-mind people? As any of my long-time listeners know, I’ve long been intrigued by the potential benefits of plant based medicine.  Today begins a seven day journey where I catalog my weeklong trip down to Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica.  As you’ll come to see, there’s so much more to Rythmia than simply plant-based medicine. Needless to say, I was blown away by the accommodations when we arrived.  For anyone who wants to get a bit more familiar with Rythmia, be sure to check out episode 306 with Brandee Powell, the co-founder of Rythmia. If there’s one week of the podcast you don’t want to miss, it’s most certainly this.   To alter the course of your life, join a group of like-minded individuals in the 10 Day Challenge.  Click here to sign up! https://go.lifeoptimizationgroup.com/10day-video-training     Are you looking to connect further with a group of like-mind people? Hey Ryan I'm just wondering which mic and software setup you use for your podcast. I'm looking for a mic for podcasting.

I have been listening to Ryan since about episode 14. He has carried me through a very tough time in my life and has certainly been a large factor in my growth on the backside of it. I continue to listen, 300+ episodes later, with more knowledge and perspective than ever before as Ryan (and now Lindsay) continue to grow. The content continues to benefit me and now my circle as I constantly share things I am learning. Very much a worthwhile listen no matter where you are in life. Thank you for dedicating your time to provide us with all you do.

This is the first time I've ever heard anyone else describe the feeling that life is like playing a game where everyone else got the rules & I didnt that I have had since my teens (I'm 46 now). I encourage anyone to listen to the end of this podcast if you are struggling & can't work out why.

Ryan, I stopped listening so much because I honestly didn't want to listen to you talking about your psychedelic mushroom trips. That was the number one detractor for me, and it made me place less credibility in you as a business person. still totally love the show and listening to you, I've just switched to Barbara Corcoran and Mr Wonderful podcasts, and ones with the tips and life/business hacks that I used to really enjoy learning from you.

I believe the lesson is to always be thankful because no matter how bad or hard the situation is, there is always something to be thankful for. And which others don’t have. Thank you by the way

Wonderful episode. In fact teaching children on how they should think about money is incredibly beneficial for them, but there are really few people that think about this issue and give it attention, the children really should be enlightened in that matter. It is bad that many people don’t know how to spend, save and invest their money due to the lack of the appropriate education and knowledge about it. It is amazing guys what you do to Gianna to expand her way of thinking. We should all think again about how we perceive money and the way it should be spend. that’s a must

Good morning Ryan! Just wanted to say THANK YOU for sharing your thoughts, experiences, and mostly...very refreshingly I might add, your private/personal life in hopes of helping others help themselves. I've been listening to you since day one and appreciate what you do immensely. I began listening immediately after relapsing and I honestly believe that your podcast was a perfectly timed pivot point in my life. Honestly, you may have saved my life, but in that moment you 100% saved me from myself. I could go on forever and probably should, thanking you for the roughly 3500 minutes of your life you have unselfishly given to me, my girlfriend, and all of us out here..... GETTING SHITTTTTT DONE!
