Joel Gunn has a strong passion for building people and their businesses. He is a seasoned executive renowned for his immersive approach to leadership. His career trajectory began in a Fortune 500 company, where he gained invaluable insights into teamwork, leadership, and management.

Following this tenure, Joel founded a consulting practice predominantly serving the manufacturing sector. His practice rapidly gained momentum, earning the trust of notable clients such as GE Aerospace, Harris, and Alcatel, as well as Tier 1 suppliers to industry giants like Ford, HP, Wal-Mart, HEB, among others. As a seasoned corporate trainer, Joel became instrumental in driving problem-solving initiatives, fostering team building, master planning, and personality profiling.

Possessing a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Joel utilized his skills to teach techniques designed to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and implement technological advancements. This strategic approach led to his clients reporting substantial benefits, amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars.

His professional journey then led him to a globally recognized, faith-centric nonprofit organization, a role which enhanced his understanding of managing diversity and promoting ethical standards in the business world.

Joel's experiences led to an invitation to Johannesburg, where he spoke on the nuanced art of people management. This international platform allowed him to share his strategies and insights with a wider audience, thereby broadening his influence in the field.

Today, Joel holds the esteemed position of a business and strategy coach, providing his expertise to over two dozen CEOs and executives. His passion is reflected in his dedication to fostering growth in individuals and their businesses alike, triggering meaningful transformations in leaders. But his commitment doesn't end with improving business models. Joel is a firm believer in the power of relationships, personal growth, and the empowerment of individuals, consistently striving to help others reach their full potential.

Beyond his business life, Joel's primary passion has always been his relationship with Jesus Christ. A native Texan, Joel comes from a family with a rich three-generation legacy in ministry. Though he initially veered towards a business career, desiring to explore the "real world," he later decided to pursue a degree in ministry and ordination. Joel's academic accomplishments span across Electronics Engineering, Occupational Education, and Ministry.

Married over 35 years to his best friend Christina, Joel is the proud father of three children - Nathaniel, Rachel, and Noel. His family are active members of Christian Family Church International, where he serves as a board member and Volunteer Pastor. Of late, Joel has been sharing his wisdom on faith and business as part of the CFCI Bible School's bachelor program.

Despite his busy schedule, Joel carves out time for personal pursuits. In his downtime, you'll often find him learning in some way: golf lessons, researching AI applications in business, or engrossed in the latest book from his reading pile. Joel loves spending quality time with his family or indulging his creative side with photography. His life, both in the professional and personal domains, embodies a blend of leadership, faith, and a strong passion for building people and their businesses.

Within a few months of saying aloud his new name "Father of Many Nations", Abraham was holding his son in his arms.

When God is on your side the only possible outcome is for you to win!
You can have true peace in any storm of life.
God used His words to create this world; we use words to create our world. What would this planet be like if God spoke harshly during creation? Are your words speaking death or life into your world?
Henry Ford said "Whether you think you can or think you can't - you're right." Moses sent 12 spies into Canaan. They all came back reporting about this land of milk and honey. But ten of the spies had a bad report saying they could not conquer the giants and moaning that all three million Israelites would die in the wilderness. Two spies said they could win. Who was right? Both parties were and both received what they said.
In this message we uncover the one hidden truth Jesus said we must understand to comprehend His kigdom. He said it is the key to unlocking all the other secrets He taught.
"Words kill, words give life; they're either poison or fruit - you choose!" King Solomon (Proverbs 18:21 The Message) When God speaks, things happen. Jesus taught the parable of the sower to show us how God's Kingdom works on the earth - words are seeds sown (Mark 4). We are to speak good words to produce good fruit; as His children, we are supposed to emulate our Heavenly Father.
