The Stranger Connection

In episode 12, Cameron talks with Colin Walker about how they have the same brain, what it's like living with your folks, and being a thinker. The theme today is thinking your own thoughts.

After a hiatus, episode 11 has Cameron talking with a girl he met off okcupid. On a first date, he convinced her to let him interview her in his car. She's a terrifically good sport. Cameron talks with Becky about teaching people how to be people.

In episode 10, Cameron talks with Jennifer Russell about living life one breath away from tears.

In episode 9, Cameron talks with Bryan Franklin about achieving escape velocity.

In episode 7, Cameron talks with MRS. Pfiefer. She's not Susan. Her first name is Mrs. She's had a big impact on a lot of people's lives doing the teaching thing. We talk about teaching well.

In episode 6, Cameron talks with Ruth Hawley, mother, nerd, scientist, introvert. Cameron's fonder memories of Ruth include the Costco sized box of Reese's peanut butter cups, causing various amounts of property damage to her house, and just generally getting her son into trouble. Cameron talks with Ruth about how everyone has something to offer.

In episode 5 of the show, Cameron talks with Marnie Kamerdula. She's a close friend of his sister's and the Kamerdulas are family friends of the Davids. She also is a giggle master which makes her a ton of fun to be around all the time. Cameron talks with Marnie about being able to laugh your way through life.

In Episode 4, Cameron talks with Denise Moore. Denise gives some of the best hugs in the world and raised Cameron's best friend John. She's always excited to see him and makes him feel warm and fuzzy. Cameron talks with Denise about being light in spirit.

Episode 3 of The Stranger Connection has Cameron talking to Chuck Johnstone. Chuck is a pastor at a local church in Livermore and has lots of great stuff to say about life. He's a very philosophical kinda guy. As with most people, I often find myself engaged in lengthy conversations with Chuck. Cameron talks with Chuck about Grace.

The show's catalog has officially doubled! Here's talking with school teacher Tom Fletcher. This was a great talk with a great guy. When he was my high school civics teacher, Tom was always good about challenging my thinking and keeping my brain on its toes. This conversation was no different. Tom and I talk about perseverance.

Here it is. The very first episode of The Stranger Connection. I've been looking forward to this day for 3 months. I'm so excited that I finally get to let you listen to what I've been working on. Each episode of this show is a different guest having a conversation with me that's centered around 15 questions. These questions are tailor-made to spark open and honest conversation.
