I appreciate you highlighting the spiritual component as a reason to abstain from sex. it took me a long time to realize my virginity is not about saving myself for a man or even for myself, but for God and my spiritual health.

in the feminist section of the discussion, men who grew up with a stay at home mum maybe not only never had a man doing much housework role model but also a mother living under the burden of societies strong expectations about how a home should look, how she should behave and look....

Right away this podcast episode is somewhat ethnocentric, in the herstory (history) of women's feminism. I understand that is the area of expertise of the presenters but it wouldn't do any harm to be mindful your podcast is probably listened to globally..... quality of audio at times quite poor also...
