I've known Fran a very (very) long time, through my own time at Secondary school, but it wasn't until recently I discovered that Fran Was a Girl Guide, Air Scout and member of the Scout band. We talk all things Scouting, growing up in a small village, and how Scouting influenced Fran's own life.
