AFC Wimbledon’s Managing Director, Danny Macklin joins the SNL team to discuss his 100 days at the club and takes live questions from the viewers.
Stu was joined by Aaron, Rob, Spike and Tom L to discuss the Xmas football and look back at 2022 with our Player of 2022, Goal of 2022, Moment of 2022 and finally our Best XI of 2022.
Lyle Taylor & David Connolly joined us at Plough Lane before the London derby against Charlton Athletic. Hosted by Aaron Paul they chatted about their first impressions of Plough Lane, their wimbledon careers and also how a new Plough Lane Bond was created for Lyle to return later in his career. A really enjoyable 41 minutes from these guys - Enjoy!
Sunday Night Live returns for this week only to reflect on a mad 7 days at the club. Stu is joined by Anne-Marie Godfrey, Aaron Paul, Graham Stacey, George Jones and Gabriel Sutton. It turned out to be a lively chat and naturally emotions run high due to Robbo leaving by mutual consent and a late winner for Sheffield Wednesday leaves us 4 points away from safety with 6 games to go.
The 9yrsTV team discuss the 1-1 draw against Wycombe. The draw keeps us in with a mathematical chance of League One survival and we took live questions from fans about their confidence will will do it.
What have Nick and Stu made of our first two games under Mark Bowen? We're talking team selection, formations, tactics (is 'low-block' a Brentism?), and individual responsibility. We also look ahead to Saturday's game, and Nick makes quite the prognostication.
Robbo out, Bowen in. What have Nick and Stu made of it all? There are questions to be asked of how our governance structure works following another managerial sacking - but there are also the positives that one Mark can bring, and the other Mark has already bought, to be discussed.
Stuart is joined by George Jones & Spike Godding this week.Just as we were about to press record for the podcast, the club released its board update and hey presto, that was our discussion sorted for the evening.
Nick and Stu are joined by Mark Engelbretson to discuss where the club is at the moment. Mark stood for election to the Dons Trust Board in 2021, and shared his views on how the club has gone about the season - on and off the pitch.
Nick and Stu return to discuss the draw at Huddersfield, preview the trip to Exeter, play ROFHOG, and shoot the breeze on a variety of footballing topics, including sub rules ...
It's time to be positive! Sadly, we fail this week as Nick and Stu review another defeat, look ahead to what looks like another defeat, and talk about the perilous financial position of the club which, in the words of the Dons Trust, is currently unsustainable. Still, good news about the chocolate oranges. And at least we have a fun game of ROFHOG to play, and some chatter around merchandise, advertising boards, and goalkeepers to keep you entertained. Yes it's an extender, so get comfy!
Well we have to talk about it, however painful. The 5-0 defeat at bottom of the table Peterborough was a deflating experience on top of a recent run of poor form, but were there positives to take from it? Well, in truth, no. But we try. Nick and Stu also play a new game: Dons Trust rule-making Tombola, in which new regulations are seemingly plucked at random from a National Lottery machine. There's also the usual weekly game, ROFHOG, and a quick nose around the third tier as per usual. Also some musings on Jason Euell, Southampton, Danilo Orsi, and girlbands.

Picking the bones out of the FA Cup exit to Gateshead. There's not a great deal much more to say, but in typical style, Nick and Stu try to cushion the blow of a poor defeat by touching on many varied subjects around the football world, and play a fun new game of ROFHOG. There's also the weekend trip to Peterborough to preview - yay!
Well Burton might have tricked us, but now it’s time for Nick and Stu to treat all Wimbledon fans with a Halloween edition of the podcast. And by Halloween edition, we mean the normal podcast which just happens to be released on October 31st. We beat Middlesbrough on this day in 2000 … Halloween wasn’t really a thing back then. ANYWAY, the defeat to Burton, Omar Bugiel, Aron Sasu, a look around the club including the Youth and Women’s FA Cups, a preview of the game with Gateshead, a glance at the third tier, and a classic ROFHOG all feature this week – and we have outtakes as well for those that want some extra bonus content!

EP380: GET THE FEELING

When you're six unbeaten, top of the form table, and over halfway to safety before November, you only have good things to talk about. This positivity - dare we say, happy clappyness - means Nick and Stu go off on a few tangents, free from the stress of any doom or gloom. So this week, talk of Plymouth is joined by some Premier League memories, musing over VAR and transistor radios, The Traitors, ROFHOG, attendances, and the usual look around the third tier. We also look ahead to the visit of Burton Albion. More fun and games on the 9yrspodcast!
Running late, but sounding great: Nick and Stu return with a podcast that goes in many different directions. From the draw with Port Vale, to the lack of EFL TV and newspaper coverage, to memories of the Premier League, dodgy pitches, and away day nightmares, it's fair to say we lose track of where we were going at times. But doesn't that make it more fun? There's a game at Plymouth to preview, a game of ROFHOG to play, and a nose around the third tier to raise a number of talking points. A classic podcast to keep you entertained as the nights draw in.

EP378: TWO MORE YEARS

Four in a row! What is going on?! At this rate we'll be champions by Christmas. Maybe. Whatever happens this season, we have shown that we are at home in the third tier, despite some mounting selection concerns that Nick and Stu investigate. They review the 2-0 win at Blackpool, and the role a linesman played in the win, before discussing a busy week of news, including Ogs's new contract, Osman Foyo's ban, and The Dons Trust Board Elections! There's also a fun ROFHOG and some reflection on who the squad's best traitors would be ...
Nick and Stu return to talk through a third win in a row! What went well against Wycombe, and what do we need to learn from what didn't go so well? We look at squad options and whether we are able to change things as and when we need to. We also have a chat around the latest Dons Trust statement, and what it is actually telling us. Alongside that, we have all the usual: a look around the third tier, a preview of the trip to Blackpool, and a fun round of ROFHOG.
EP376: BREAK THE SILENCE

EP376: BREAK THE SILENCE

Ian Robinson speak to Nick and Stu about his resignation from the Dons Trust Board. Ian explains his reasons behind stepping down, and some of his frustrations during his time in post. Either side of that, we talk all the usual: Nick has an expected rant about 12.30 kick-offs; we review the win at Doncaster; cast an eye over events in the third tier; preview the game with Wycombe; and play a classic game of ROFHOG, bringing back a former 9yrs challenge …
