That's according to IMD Business School professor Goutam Challagalla, who explains that many customers don't want to pay a premium for sustainability. Julia Minson is a professor of public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and she's spent years studying disagreement and what we get wrong. The last part was great—especially the emphasis on keeping the values they’re known for. The point that AI systems work mechanically is very important, because when something is purely logical, the creative aspect can be weak. That’s because AI isn’t human and doesn’t have human qualities.
