This week on the podcast I am joined by Maria Waag. Maria is a yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher with more than 19 years of experience with yoga, and 11 years of mindfulness. I released my book in September of 2023 and wanted to share the entire process from idea to creation to actually publishing it.
