Description

The: Coaching is a Bitch, but I Love it, podcast show started out for life coaches, bossbabes, and creativepreneurs. As the show expanded it’s also become a safe space for women on the New Age spiritual path to receive spiritual downloads, high vibing advice, and healing, as shared through the eyes of Transformational Life Coach and Spiritual Mentor, Debra Bowen. Debra keeps it real. It is all about her relatable experiences and client’s transformations, that spiritually aligned women and heart based entrepreneurs, can relate to.

My very first podcast was based on The Impostor Syndrome. It is a deeply devastating frame of mind that tells you, you are a fake and a fraud, even if you are a high achiever. That you will be “found out” by your peers and contemporaries. In this episode I cover 5 tips on overcoming your belief that your are a failure and you will be discovered as a fake. Not gonna lie, I found the tips on YouTube. What can I say, Marie Forleo is the Bomb. You can find these tips on her channel.

Yay! My first interview! Today I am interviewing Intuitive Life Coach Colleen Coles, as she talks about Emotional Co-dependency. Colleen describes what it is, and the 3 A,B,C's to take you from a people pleaser to your authentic self.
Coaches are so hard on themselves, especially those who are perfectionists or A type personalities. We think we are frauds, fakes, or imposters for many reasons. Sometimes we feel our lives aren’t perfect, so who are we to coach anyone at all. There are those coaches who feel their business isn’t profitable yet or consistently bringing in clients, and they don’t feel like “real coaches”. I personally didn’t feel I could confidently call myself a coach, until I signed up for training to receive my certification. If this sounds familiar, join the club! Today’s episode is short and sweet, but ends with some epic advice.
