Sarah Reich (Performer, Choreographer, Instructor, Composer) has emerged as one of the new leaders in the art form of Tap Dance. BLACK LIVES MATTER. Period. This episode was recorded a month ago, days after the murder of George Floyd here in Minneapolis. It has been difficult to formulate the words that express how I feel. It has been difficult to find the words that I feel will be valuable to the conversation. I have been doing a lot of listening. I will continue to listen. I believe Black Lives Matter and that we all have a lot of work ahead of us. It is important to learn, to grow, to call people out when they are in the wrong, to speak up when you see racism or hear someone tell a racist joke.
