There's a lot to talk about after all that went down at Fastlane! We discuss the storylines post-Fastlane, like where beltholders Asuka, The Revival and Samoa Joe's storyline goes from here. We talk about the surprising heel turn of Shane McMahon when our crew thought The Miz was going to be the one who turned. We also discuss Vince McMahon trolling the fans with the Kofi Kingston storyline, the possible storyline with Beth Phoenix and Natalya against Tamina and Nia Jax, Rey Mysterio turning back time with his awesome fatal 4-way performance, the uneventful ending of the Becky Lynch/Charlotte match, Bobby Lashley winning the IC belt, Batista spitting all over the place in his verbal feud with Triple H, who Kurt Angle's farewell match will be against, Dana Brooke raising from the dead, Shelton Benjiman's appearance, Drew McIntyre's push, the Shield and more! We're getting closer and closer to WrestleMania! In this episode, we discuss Samoa Joe finally winning his first belt since his WWE main roster debut in January 2017. We also touch on Ronda Rousey's heel turn along with the Becky Lynch/Charlotte Fastlane implications. Ronda's image change is good, but how it was implemented in the Becky Lynch and Charlotte storyline did not make any sense because did anyone forget Becky Lynch won the Royal Rumble? After we stew on that, we explain why Torrie Wilson's Hall of Fame nomination is deserved, despite all the sweaty's negative comments, and we discuss Tommaso Ciampa's unfortunate neck surgery. And how could we not forget talking about the Arn Anderson firing in relation to Alicia Fox allegedly wrestling while intoxicated. Finally, we finish with a great Sweaty Session where we talk about our favorite and worst entrance music. We also name some WWE wrestlers' theme songs that song eerily similar to hit songs from the past.
In this week's Get Cho! Podcast, we start off with the release of TJ Perkins and how Get Cho! might be the cause of that (hopefully not). We also talk about the disorganized decision to call up the top NXT wrestlers, and Justin might have a deeper meaning behind the WWE's decision to do that. We also discuss how Becky Lynch is going to get written in as the WrestleMania main event, a surprise tag team who could challenge Bayley and Sasha's tag team titles, and where The Miz and Shane McMahon storyline will go leading up to WrestleMania. In our Rumor Mill, we cannot ignore all that happened between Corey Graves and Carmella, as well as The Usos' brush in with the law, and not to mention the possibility of Charlotte and Andrade dating. We wrap things up with our Sweaty Session, where we talk about our favorite DX moments, in light of them being inducted into the Hall of Fame.
Happy Valentine's Day y'all! In this special episode, the crew first talks about New Japan Pro Wrestling's new champ, Jay White, then dabble into some AEW talk with its recent signing of Kenny Omega. We shoot on Charlotte headlining WrestleMania against Ronda Rousey (for the time being) and how Stone Cold-esque Becky Lynch is going to get against the McMahon family. We also predict the Elimination Chamber matches, give our thoughts on the disappointing burying of Asuka and figure out how real these rumors are of Brock Lesnar, The Usos and A.J. Styles possibly leaving the WWE. To cap it all off, for Valentine's Day, our Sweaty Session is a fantasy draft of our Mt. Rushmore of our top all-time women wrestlers. Enjoy!
