Fascinating, but frustrating. So much is involved in training and rehabbing the body that it seems as though we need to have a Dr. McGill to work with or we're doomed. What can the average non-athlete just interested in fitness do?

Uneven audio and Person's voice needs some enthusiasm. Some of her sentences were dropping off at the end so that the information was hard to follow.
