Joy grows when we stop putting ourselves first. In Philippians 2:1-11, Paul shows us that real unity and joy come from following Jesus's example of love, humility, and service.
Joy doesn't come from an easy life - it comes from following Jesus, even when it's tough. We'll discuss how Philippians 1 shows us how to find joy when life doesn't go as planned.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8
Love is patient, love is kind, It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, It is not self seeking. It is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil. But rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always preserves. Love never fails.
This week we see how the early church experienced life changing God moments, but they weren't planned or calendared. We can learn to be more spontaneous and interruptible in our daily lives so God can use us at any moment.
This week we discuss the importance of repentance. There are times in our lives that God gets our attention and our response is a bold and honest confession.
This week we see an example of how to help people feel accepted by the church and integrate into healthy community.
The early church shared what they owned in order to meet the needs of each other. We can learn from their example to be a church characterized by generosity.
