thanks for the information I just completed my first 50k two weeks back and it made so much sense what you said with regards to training and food prep I prefer to run longer in the cool weather as I lose less fluid any advice for running in the heat with regards to maintaining hydration and energy levels cheers again Shane regards Keith

Found this episode really informative. It has given me some useful ideas to help improve my overall nutrition, particularly my seasonal nutrition. When all is said and done a balanced whole food approach to nutrition with healthy sources of meat are the way forward for me. You can't compare the meat in a Big Mac to grass fed organic meat so people need to be mindful not all meat is equal, there are levels. Keep up the good work guys.

Thoroughly enjoyed this episode.....these lessons can be applied to all aspects of life not just physical endurance. it's all about the process. Showing up consistently and consistently putting in the hard work will get you results. Running a marathon/ ultra is the same process as writing a book. You take it step by step or word by word. words become sentences and sentences become paragraphs. Irish listening in Vancouver. I look forward to each new episode. Keep it up Shane
