At almost two years of sobriety from alcohol and other drugs, I am finally ready to share my insights with the rest of the world. In my recovery I have focused my efforts on the healing of my mind, heart and spirit. Out of this was born my philosophy that love, identity and faith are ever-evolving. In this first episode, I’m still incredibly shy and not quite sure of how to present myself to the world. This is despite my wanting to do this podcast for the last 2/3 years now...
