Start your day by creating and embodying the energy that you want to feel and share with others. This ten minute reflection and meditation will inspire you to consciously choose what thoughts you’re thinking, what emotions you’re feeling and what type of day you want to have. You’re more powerful than you think you are. There’s always a choice in how you will experience your life. Choose love. Produced by: Owen Kelly. Music: “Lupus Dream” by Lama House.
Does fear play a major factor in your life? Have you allowed fear to consume or control you? This episode is an open letter to fear, approaching it with loving reverence and appreciating it for the gifts it brings. Sometimes, in order to understand ourselves and our anxieties, we must simply approach that which we shy away from with an open mind and heart. When you begin a dialogue with fear, you welcome the very thing you thought you couldn't handle, and by holding its hand, you reclaim your inner strength.
Embrace the solitary path and revel in the gifts of seclusion. When we choose to be alone and grow as individuals, we sometimes question ourselves and doubt the singular path. When we release control, trust and allow life to course through us, we step into higher states of being and attract divine adventure. You can never go wrong when following your inner knowing. Have faith in yourself to guide you home.
Produced by: Owen Kelly
Music: "Threads" by Ebb and Flod

How will you know the kind of life you can live if you never take the leap?
Produced by: Owen Kelly
Music: "Somewhere In Between" by August Wilhelmsson
In this episode, the host Danielle Bertoli discusses the lessons she's learned from relationships, particularly focusing on early experiences and personal growth. She emphasizes the importance of maintaining individual identity, trusting instincts, and fostering healthy communication to navigate the complexities of romantic partnerships.
Takeaway Bullet Points:
-Don't lose sight of yourself in a relationship; maintain your own happiness and fulfillment.
-Trust your instincts; if something feels off, it probably is, and it's okay to address it.
-Communicate openly and constructively; avoid negative responses and focus on proactive conflict resolution for healthier relationships.
-Prioritize self-awareness and individual fulfillment: It's essential not to lose yourself in a relationship. Maintain your own happiness and fulfillment, and remember that your partner should complement your life, not define it.
-Trust your instincts: If something doesn't feel right in a relationship, trust your gut. Addressing concerns early on can prevent bigger issues down the line. Trusting yourself empowers you to make decisions that align with your well-being.
-Foster open and constructive communication: Healthy relationships thrive on honest and respectful communication. Instead of reacting negatively to challenges, approach conflicts with openness and a willingness to listen and understand. Proactive communication can lead to stronger bonds and more profound connections with your partner.

Listen to this soothing meditation before bed, to help you drift into sleep. It inspires sweet and peaceful dreams through positive affirmations and imagery. It offers time for you to reflect and cultivate the energy that you want to embody before going to sleep. It also helps you create intentions for the following day.
This meditation will ground you in the reality of your own existence. It offers insight into the power of presence, intention and remembering your own divinity. The choice is always yours for how you’ll live your life. Your life starts with today, this moment - right now. Choose love.
This meditation was created to help you relax with your current state of being. As we're now dealing with unexpected and unprecedented times with COVID-19, we're being asked to stay indoors, away from others and to turn within. We have more time on our hands now than we ever did before and being that mostly everything is shut down, we don't have as many things to distract ourselves with. We can't "escape" into what we normally do; we're being asked to simply sit with ourselves for once and be. Produced by: Owen Kelly.

We have more time on our hands now than we ever did before and being that mostly everything is shut down, we don't have as many things to distract ourselves with. We can't "escape" into what we normally do, so we're being asked to simply sit with ourselves for once.
For most people, this is the first time in a long time that they're being asked or forced to do this, so it can bring up feelings of fear and panic. This meditation will help you ease into the present moment, your current state of being and offer you the opportunity to welcome the idea of doing nothing, of going nowhere, and of being with no one. This is a return to the sacred. Can you bring yourself back into the quiet, the peace, the non-doing, and simply breathe into yourself, exactly as you are right now?
Produced by Owen Kelly. Music: "The Healing" by Essie Jain.
This episode is on the current COVID19 pandemic. It's a peaceful perspective on the crises that is sweeping the world; a perspective that will hopefully inspire you to see these new circumstances we're experiencing in a more loving light.
Produced by Owen Kelly. Music: "The Rising" by Essie Jain.

Music: "Bardos" by East Forest; "Full Moon Through Clouds" by On Earth, Michael Gungor, and Tyler Chester; "Halving the Compass" by Helios. Produced by Owen Kelly.

This episode can be listened to as a meditation, an affirmation soundtrack or simply a backdrop to your morning routine or commute to work. It can be listened to once in a while, whenever you need a reminder of your infinite potential, or you can listen to it every day to help motivate you to live your best life.
Regardless of how you listen to this episode, it was created for me, with you in mind, on a day where I didn't want to get out of bed but pushed myself to choose higher thoughts and thus, an elevated way of living. I hope this episode brings you peace, today, and every day. Producer: Owen Kelly. Music: "Sleepers Beat Theme" by Ben Lukas Boysen and John Hopkins, "Malmo" and "For Jonathan" by The Album Leaf.

After a six-month hiatus, I’m back — with clarity, vulnerability, and a few dating disasters worth laughing over. In this deeply honest episode, I open up about what nine months of alcohol-free dating has taught me about my patterns, self-worth, and the kind of love I'm truly seeking. From chasing emotionally unavailable partners to realizing how many first dates feel like monologues, I reflect on the painful, funny, and unexpectedly healing parts of modern dating — sober. I share the inner shifts I’ve experienced, why temporary highs are no longer worth the crash, and how every relationship (or lack thereof) is a mirror guiding me back to myself.Whether you're sober-curious, dating, single, or simply doing the deep work of healing, there’s something in this episode for you. Key Takeaways:The impact of sobriety on clarity, patterns, and emotional availability in datingWhy we chase temporary highs and what that reveals about unresolved woundsHow to break the cycle of seeking worth through conquestThe subtle (and not-so-subtle) red flags that become obvious when you're soberThe emotional toll of performative dating culture and one-sided conversationsHow dating is a mirror for our deepest insecurities — and our growthThe importance of staying grounded in your worth regardless of someone else’s attentionCheck out my book, Struck Inside Out: Essays, Meditations, and Poetry to Help You Heal Heartbreak, Embrace Change, and Love Yourself: https://www.amazon.com/Struck-Inside-Out-Meditations-Heartbreak/dp/B0BP4D8MTTStruck Inside Out Audiobook: https://www.amazon.com/Struck-Inside-Out-Meditations-Heartbreak/dp/B0CPYW3JPM/ref=tmm_aud_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr=Spotify Writing Playlist: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/7BRDzK21DbrIEadQdjoPjR?si=0f9ec1aaddfd4e52Follow Danielle:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/struckinsideoutTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@struckinsideout?_t=8jItIyuhHHa&_r=1LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/danielle-bertoli-6015889b/Struck Inside Out Merch: https://www.struckinsideout.com/shopBrand Partnerships: https://www.struckinsideout.com/partnershipsSign up for my newsletter: https://www.struckinsideout.com/subscribeInsight Timer Meditations: https://insighttimer.com/daniellebertoliAudio Producer: Owen KellyFollow Owen on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mixedbyowen_?igsh=ZzB1ZWdoOGd1aTV3
When I think about it, alcohol shaped many aspects of my past relationships—starting with how I entered them. From first dates to emotional confessions, alcohol was always there, acting as a social lubricant, a confidence booster, and, often, a crutch. It blurred the lines between genuine connection and the convenience of shared intoxication. Many of my first social, emotional, and even physical experiences were steeped in alcohol, shaping not only how I saw others but also how I saw myself.
Looking back now, through the clarity of sobriety, I can see how alcohol didn’t just influence the dynamics of those relationships—it influenced my perception of love and what I thought I deserved. It allowed me to stay in situations where I was settling, mistaking temporary highs for lasting intimacy. Without it, I’m beginning to understand what real love looks like, starting with the love I show myself.
I reflect on the clarity sobriety brings, the patterns I never noticed before, and the beauty of finally choosing to want more for myself.
Key Takeaways:
How alcohol shapes the dating culture, from first dates to deep emotional connections.
The ways alcohol can create a false sense of intimacy, masking red flags and emotional disconnect.
Relearning love and self-worth through sobriety, and understanding the kind of connection we truly deserve.
Why our earliest experiences with alcohol and relationships can set the tone for patterns we carry into adulthood—and how we can break free from them.

Do you ever feel like you're always chasing the next big thing, believing that happiness lies just around the corner?
In this episode, we dive deep into the habit of constantly looking toward the future for joy, fulfillment, and success.
I explore my personal journey with these feelings, especially how they manifest in finances and career aspirations.
Together, we'll examine the impact of this mindset, how it can rob us of appreciating the present, and ways to begin cultivating happiness in the here and now.
If you're ready to reflect on how to stop chasing and start embracing, this episode is for you.
Here are five key takeaways from the episode:
The Habit of Future-Chasing: Constantly looking to the future for happiness can lead to missing out on the present. While ambition is important, it shouldn’t come at the cost of appreciating the current moment.
Temporary Fixes Won't Bring Lasting Fulfillment: Achieving future goals might bring temporary satisfaction, but if you’re always seeking the next thing, true contentment will always feel out of reach.
Your Present Self is Enough: The belief that happiness only comes from future success devalues who you are right now. Recognizing your worth in the present can shift your mindset toward greater contentment.
Emotional Patterns Drive Our Desires: Often, the desire for more comes from ingrained thought patterns. Understanding these patterns can help shift focus away from external circumstances and toward inner fulfillment.
Cultivate Joy in the Now: Begin feeling the emotions you associate with future success—happiness, peace, fulfillment—right now. By embodying these feelings in the present, you can reduce the fixation on what hasn’t yet happened.
