2038
Description
What will life look like in 2038? Twenty years from now is not the stuff of science fiction, but it still sounds like it: flying driverless cars, an internet cold war, a Chinese world order. Given the pace of change we are currently living through, the world really could look dramatically different from today. Remember, twenty years ago, social media and iPhones and the Tea Party did not exist, Barack Obama had just started dabbling in state politics, the Clinton administration was loosening up its oversight of something called derivatives, New Orleans was still dry and the World Trade Center was still standing. 2038, a podcast from New York Magazine and Intelligencer, will explore 8 different visions of how we can expect to live in two decades. Each episode will feature an expert in subject areas from business to technology to politics to climate science and beyond, laying out a very particular vision of where we’ll be in twenty years—and who will then defend his or her predictions in conversation with Max Read and David Wallace-Wells.Read the Vox Media Privacy Policy here.

Is it because of technology and social media which tends to make people less social and isolate more!
I have been listening to this podcast until the moment when they have started to give a totally wrong information about Uzbekistan in the China will fly to Mars episode! It’s total misinformation about the Chinese influences on other countries! There is not 50/50 ratio on choosing English or Chinese languages! Even not 90/10! I was assuming there is something wrong with your point of view
Both the guests and hosts of this episode demonstrate negative knowledge of actual climate science and a horrible view of morality and politics. I listened to it so I could hear what they think but was horrified at how calmly they discuss "Climate Leviathan" and "Climate Mao" terms. maybe they don't know Mao's policies killed tens of millions of human beings.

another anti trump podcast crying and pissing that Republicans want a racist utopia. I kinda wish Hillary won just so I can here you guys swoon over her bullshit. I do appreciate your guest recommendation not to refresh the social media to stay happy. gonna try that. dont bother responding, not gonna bother following up on another Cryfest libcast
I will love to hear about solutions all you guys talk is capitalize industry and capital but no one talks about the cattle industry the more depends we are on milk, meat and eggs are the greater the CO2 and methane emmission just one cow can exposed more than 55 gallons of methane everyday imagine 1.5 billions of them but no one wants to fight against the big meat and eggs industry. We always have had the solutions in our hands what we eat is what is killing the planet and killing us leading cause of death in u.s. is heart attacks product of meat and dairy consumption. we have to take action and realized that what we eat is racing extinction in this planet.

hey
The vocal fry of the speakers is -very- hard for me to listen to, but I'm interested in the subject matter so I'm trying to muscle through it. Could you please go to a vocal coach since you're broadcasting your voice?
hey what's up
