V&Z Show

On todays V&Z show we have guest Elise White, a power lifter  who explains what motivated her to become a power lifter, especially in a world where women are continually pressurised by marketing companies to look a certain way, also joining her is Ollie Macnamee - a comic con expert who uses superheroes to encourage young people to write stories. All mixed in with some poetry, madness, music and a splash of laughter 

Today's guests on the V&Z show include Jan Watts, poet laureate (2012) who recites some of her poems and gives us a greater  insight into what inspires her when she writes. Emily Marina  also joins us, she is a viola player who performs  some well known Bollywood tracks. All fused in with some music, games and chaos  all with a bit of laughter
