we had our own struggles with bf and we found out the only way to get more milk is to demand more milk. tea, pills, cookies, diets do not work. you need to pump, nurse, hand Express etc. it breaks my heart allover again when I hear this because I remember how I felt I wish someone would've just said before pills, cookie recipes etc women nursed. so this is how you do it.

Hi, I love your podcast! Great job, this is certainly one of your "thing". I'd like to know how you "do it all" as a mom, wife, friend and daughter. I dont know how so many women can make delicious and healthy meals, keep the house looking clean and neat (including dishes/laundry), parent, and manage to shower and look cute. Do they exercise and play with their kids too?!?! Thanks.

Where was this podcast 3 years ago when I was a new mom?! Excellent topic. I felt so alone and mom shamed for my choices; stopping breast feeding, going to work, placing my daughter in childcare because my husband and I work, the bassinet I used, etc. It was nuts! And I really resonated with feeling like yourself again. My body and mindset were so out of wack for about a year or more, but I really feel like I am such a better and more in touch person with myself, my family, and my career. Thanks for talking about the tough stuff! Motherhood is literally the best thing to ever happen to me, but it’s also the hardest. But that just makes it that much more rewarding.
