Ideas on providing feedback to others & the intent to change them.
Thoughts on saying no.
Not more. Not less. Just do the thing.
Reminders if blessings, things to be grateful for & navigating difficult times.
Ideas from the Finding Mastery podcast with Dr. Michael Gervais & his guest, Ethan Kross. Ethan is the author of Chatter: The Voice in Our Head, Why It Matters, and How to Harness It. This may be the cure for my sleepless nights.
Fitness training, dumbbells, learning to walk & training your dog.
Ideas from another podcast: The Weekly Word
A lyric from one of my favorite songs.
Shifting my mind away from what I can control to what I can influence.
