This time, we're talking about toxic relationships to goals and goal achievement and their mirror to our experience as children to goals and the authority figures in our lives.  Some of y'all make your goals "help" you the way it was believed that beating and berating kids "helped" with their behavior and good grades. Ie; "threat of violence for compliance" vs "space for learning & skill mastery." Violence & Compliance: It gets them to do what you want them to do at this moment BUT only if they are already capable of demonstrating that skill. If they don't have the tools yet or if something is stopping them from using those tools you will get an even worse negative result.
