If you've been meaning to make homemade sauce but were intimidated by the extra work, here's a simple recipe I found that's hard for anyone to resist, no matter what your cooking level may be.  It's practical, affordable and tastes really good! Been going through the motions as best I can and putting up a brave front as a mom but internally, this whole situation is driving me crazy.  We  can only digest so much bad news each and every day.  I feel like we're on a countdown to the unknown and I know I'm not alone.  I can't make this go go away by simply burying my head in the sand so I'm choosing to talk about this and everything else for as long as I can in order to get myself and anyone else who might be listening through this.  So, let's interact here or on social media.  Stay safe and strong.
