Ep 48: Toys and Boys

Ep 48: Toys and Boys

2021-10-1701:33:17

Milk wanted us to have a light-hearted conversation about childhood toys ... which somehow ended up in a surprisingly deep discussion about boys and relationships.
Ep 47: COVID

Ep 47: COVID

2021-09-2801:18:59

The COVID episode, which we have been avoiding for a while now.
Our thoughts on the next generation, brought to you without Milk.
Ep 45: Skincare

Ep 45: Skincare

2021-09-0501:06:36

Descending into a very girly topic this week, we discuss skincare routines, skincare spending and ... more about skincare.
Ep 44: Friends

Ep 44: Friends

2021-08-2457:03

No, we're not talking about the sitcom. Miso wanted to talk about childhood friends and current friends, how we make them and how we interact with them. Brought to you for the first time in a long time by all four of us.
Ep 43: Life in our 20s

Ep 43: Life in our 20s

2021-07-1801:06:39

Duck and Mash reflect on being in their 20s ... and just on the last decade in general.
Ep 42: Cooking

Ep 42: Cooking

2021-06-2801:06:05

Duck wanted to talk about cooking, what we love/hate and how we go about this unavoidable 'everyday' task.
Ep 41: Family Problems

Ep 41: Family Problems

2021-06-1301:01:55

Miso suggested we talk about family problems, but what she really wanted was to discuss stereotypes about families. While Duck is away, we talk about the differences between being an only child and having siblings as well as our experiences with the controlling Asian parent stereotype.
We promised to bring you an episode where we answered your questions, so here it is. Apologies for the delay.
We've arrived at our final "get to know us" episode, concluding with an episode all about Mashed Potato. Even though Milk couldn't join us, she still made her presence felt with her signature questions. Enjoy the last part of our reintroduction of WDHANY!
This episode is all about Miso Soup! We cover the basics but just for Miso, we also dive into love and sex. We recorded together in person for the first time in forever (meaning: we recorded over food) so please excuse any chewing/food crunching sounds that have been picked up in this episode. Enjoy!
Following on from our Duck-centric episode, we bring you one all about Milk. We go into Milk's dreams, her most embarrassing memories, what she plans for the future and, of course, our first impressions. Please excuse our recording failures near the end of this episode.
For our (hopefully sustained) return to recording on this podcast, we're starting with a series to get to know our hosts a little better. Duck is first up, so this episode is all about her.
Ep 35: I looked it up

Ep 35: I looked it up

2020-10-1719:30

In our shortest episode yet, thanks to all the stuff we couldn't include, we end up talking a lot about nothing.
We start this episode off with just Miso and Mash, with Duck having disappeared for no apparent reason. Since it's Father's Day this weekend, we talk a little about gifts for our dads, followed by random nonsense until Milk finally appears to tell us why she took so long to join us.
In yet another episode without Milk, we talk about Google listening into our conversations and the frustrations of not being heard, among other random things.
We're all back for the first time in forever to celebrate Duck's birthday. As usual, we've landed on the topic of food.
Miso fell asleep and failed to join our recording this week, missing everything we had to say about food, pens, houses and Miniso plushies.
In another episode without Milk, we dive into the history of PEZ and find out the origins of a few words just to pass time.
The topic that everyone is talking about right now, brought to you by Duck and Mash complete with subpar audio quality and a spotty internet connection.
