But I’ve found it extremely useful to follow some guidelines and suggestions that have assisted me in feeling good about myself and accomplishing my goals even during the most coldest time of the year. It’s been seven months since the last episode…there’s a lot to update you on which is why I hope to clear the air while also bringing this podcast to a new direction.
I wanted to provide you guys with an update since it’s been a little while since I’ve released anything.
When was the last time you spoke directly from your heart? Whatever situation do you have going on, sometimes, give me your loved ones, need to hear you speak the truth, even if it’s a tough pill to swallow.
May is mental health awareness month. And as we approach the middle of the month, I want to briefly discuss the importance of realizing and reflecting on how far you’ve come.
Depression is a serious thing. He can either destroy you completely or bring you down long enough so that you don’t take care of yourself. Sometimes it’s both. But depression doesn’t belong to you. It’s an evil, malicious spirit that doesn’t belong to you or me. In today’s episode, I share some pretty harsh realities, but I also give you some positive perspectives and tools to help you along the way. Enjoy.
It’s been nearly 3 months since my last episode… A lot has happened since then. But it’s time to come back. It’s time to continue the journey I started four years ago.
Five years is a very long time. In these last five years, I’ve been reflecting on my journey from my first panic attack until now they were so many things I wanted to put in this episode, but I had to compile it to 10 things that were not only help you, but we also change your outlook on life.
Have you ever heard the term treat yourself? I’m not talking about what you see on Instagram or TikTok. I’m talking about genuinely taking the time to get to know yourself, better intern, treating yourself and getting to treat those around you.
New Year’s resolution? Yikes…having goals in 2023 should be year-long, not just in January. Whatever your goals, ambitions, or desires are for 2023, you can start now and go day by day without giving up or losing hope. Don’t let ANYONE tell you otherwise, you have what it takes! Reflecting isn’t easy; especially if you’ve been through what I’ve been through. But regardless, we’ve all experienced bad and good things in life. Sometimes it’s okay to stop, pause, and reflect on how far you’ve come or what you desire for the future.
As I end this awesome and creative series, I wanted to share a near-death experience I had back in 2012…truly the stuff of nightmares!
