On our first episode, Nicole and Kaitlyn sit down with Paul White and discuss his career as a broadcast journalist in the 1970s. He talks about his most and least favourite things from reporting in that decade, the struggles of "fake news", finding facts, and making the switch from reporting to working for the government in public relations. 

Gerald Flood joins Nicole and Cady in the studio and discusses his 40-year career in the Winnipeg Free Press newsroom. Flood spent his career as an editor and shares his thoughts about good writing. They chat about everything from what the newsroom was like then to what the future of the newspaper is.
