HELLO NOVEMBER! Who cannot believe it is already November!? This year is seriously just passing by... also Happy Halloween and happy holiday season! I truly love this time of the year, I always say I am a seven year old when it comes to the holidays. I love everything about them.
Today i'll be talking about my NEW intentions for November! Which are:
1. More Rest/Sleep
2. Meditate
3. Stay open minded.
4. Talk less, listen more.
5. Live in Love.
I will also be recapping the intentions I set for myself in October and how I have worked through these intentions I set for myself. I also offer my own advice and tips of where to begin when setting intentions and also what intentions to set that feel appropriate and not overwhelming! I offer my own personal experience in hopes to inspire you to set your own intentions and to never forget that you are worth all the time in the world. YOU deserve it. Self care is the new black.

HELLO OCTOBER! Who cannot believe it is already October? Also, who cannot believe it is almost the end of 2019!? This year is flying by and in honor of the new month, I will be talking about my 7 intentions I have made for October! I wanted to share this in hopes to inspire you to write down your own intentions for the month. If you do, please let me know! I would love to hear what you are focusing on during this time. Whether it be completing a marathon or trying a new food, I want to hear! Let us dive in!
October Intentions 2019:
1. Slow Down
2. Plan Rest Days
3. Get Outside Everyday for at least 30 Minutes.

6. Practice Self Love, Tell Myself Positive Things About Myself.

Wrapping up September and saying hello to October! I can feel the weight being lifted off my shoulders. This month truly feels lighter and truly like a fresh start.
