guess what, nobody is required to be nice, or apologize, or give condolences for someone they don't know. the fact that she automatically expects that from anyone is entitled and childish. and to assume someone committed a murder based on this is the problem. everyone wants someone held accountable. However, when you don't care who that is, with no proof, no weapon, no DNA, nothing, is not acceptable. you're just happy someone paid the price. pathetic In my opinion.
didn't have the time? that's their damn job. if the detectives can't handle their jobs, step down immediately. it's sickening how many police , investigators are so far beyond failing.
if this doesn't show you how ignorant people living in New York are nothing will Jesus Christ what a group of ignorant people

I never heard answers to the following questions. • Why was he in FL during the murder? • When did he arrive in FL prior to the murder? • How did he get from NY to FL (bus, fly, drive)? Maybe I missed these answer and if so, please correct me. Thanks

My heart goes out to this family! However, this story could probably have been told in one episodes. Guy gets falsely accused of murder. cops bungle the investigation, they hire Kathleen Zellner after waiting for 20 years, he gets out, real killer is still out there. No twists in the story, straight forward.
It’s really ridiculous for a cop to say “prove you’re innocent” when the burden of proof lies solely on the defense. Our “justice” system is so twisted for this reason: convictions matter more than the truth.
He’s right. Prosecutors don’t give a shit if they are right, they just want a notch on their legal bedpost. It’s repulsive.
Good podcast except the last few episodes. Violent offenders (murder, rape, child abuse)belong in prison. There’s no place in our society for these people, except incarceration...punishment, no rehabilitation required. We don’t need these people to reintegrate into our society.
Lester holt....bestest reports

throw him back in prison
great podcast. My jaw was open for the majority of the episodes. Thank God for attorneys who give their time for cases like this. Hopeless. Don't get caught up in the justice system! Highly recommend this podcast!
What a great story! Very well researched and presented. My heart breaks for the family of the accused and family of the victim. It's hard to stomach the fact that there are many more sitting in prison wrongfully convicted of crimes. It's so nice to see that there are those who are interested in their stories and telling them. I pray that George's family can find some peace and they find the douchebag that killed him!! I also hope that the accused can find some peace one day too....he deserves that. :)
great podcast!
