Western exercise = hard work, sweat, discipline (no pain, no gain) Ayurvedic medicine exercise = zone states, finding your dance, balancing your doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and developing higher state of consciousness and growth to enlightenment. I follow all your episodes. They all are fantastic. I live in IRAN We have brilliant wisdom in ancient culture either. But you implement them in current life. I wish I could read your book. But we are in sanction and we can't pay internationally.
