This week we discuss the big Amazing Fantasy #1000 issue that will be featuring Spider-Man. We talk about the legacy of the character and some of the creators involved in this project. After that, we ump over to DC to discuss the upcoming Batman #125. This week DC released the first five pages of the issue, and we discuss what we think of the preview and if it is enough to keep us engaged in the series. For the Lightening Round Jonathan starts us out with discussing some recent Star Wars comics, including the current Crimson Reign event that is happening. Then Greg delves into som eG.I.Joe comics and the hit summer series Holey Moley  which is back for its newest season. Without any shows to watch this week we talk about a leaked memo that went out to Netflix employees. In the the company explianed to emplyees that they might have to work on content that they do not always agree with, and if they aere offended by that then maybe Netflix is not the place for them. We wonder if this is a good move and what it could mean for the future of the company. Finally we wrap up with our featured books. This week we head into an alien spacecraft in Breakout #2. This week we start out the episode talking about some controversy over at Marvel Comics. We wonder if it was an honest mistake for Jason Aaron or a sinister way to drive interest to King Conan #3. Then we move on to Matt Reeves talking about the changes to the Gotham PD tv show that is being made for HBO Max. For the lightning round, Jonathan spent his week revisiting some classic Batman tales in both comics and movies.
