This intense and persistent worry and fear about time dwells in the mind and we find ourselves living in the past and future in a way that makes us anxious and is detrimental to optimal functioning. Isn't it amazing how one could think about future possibilities and bring to their experience a reaction that hasn't even yet occurred. This is because your brain can hardly differentiate that your imaginations haven't translated into present time or better put (experience), and as a spirit being, you already project yourself into the future without knowing it.
When we find ourselves in the midst of this turmoil, we need to come right back to the center, back to the present. This is where we can experience peace and contentment. Many times, if everything we are doing seems to be bringing much stress and anxiety, it just might be time to pause and check if we need to align properly. Listen for tips to align your way to peace and productivity.

The good news is we can heal unforgiveness and patterns of offense by increasing our awareness of its existence in our lives.
