BoomHowler is back....but now Mia is missing! Mia's Letter to the Forsaken... "That evening, Mia locks herself in her room and starts banging away and fixing Gunny. Through the locked door, she says she will discuss everything with the group over breakfast. She furiously repair/fixes Gunny and once his is restored, she pushes all her power into an order telling Gunny to “Obey Theo”. She hangs her warcaster armor up on the repair rack, but does not fix it.  In the morning, the group notices that Mia’s door is open and that her room, normally a shamble of tools and parts and newspapers/books, is completely clean. Mia is gone.  On her made bed, is a note, a necklace and a weapons box.  The necklace is long, enough to be hidden under clothing / armor, and well taken care of. It has 2 heartstones (gears that are essential to steamjack cortexes---once is very small and old, the other is expensive looking, flashy and large), a soul coil (from a high-end battlejack), a kite shaped sapphire ruined by a spider’s web of black inclusions in it, and a dainty copper ‘E’ pendant.  The box is laid open and you see a custom and intricately made large dagger. It has ancient Nyss runes inscribe on it with a strange black metal alloy double sided blade. The grip is wrapped in dark green leather and the pommel is black and has a serpent designed on it with green stone eyes. There are 2 empty spots where weapons were. One of the slots seems identical to the one the dagger is currently in. The other appears to be a slot for a hand cannon.  The letter is written on a page ripped from the end pages of a book. It is written hurriedly and in Mina’s large flowy handwriting:  You CAN NOT go where I am going. Please DO NOT try to follow or find me. DO NOT ask around or even speak about me. You DO NOT care that I am gone.  You will be watched.  Callis- Just know that, how much this is going to vex you, gives me the greatest comfort and joy. If you just desperately need to be a saint, as is your usual, look after Derek.  Theo- Gunny will obey you. Keep him close as he can be destructive by nature.  Gargosh- Please protect my necklace until I get back………or until you are at your favorite spot on the sea, and it is the most perfect day, then release it.  Please completely destroy this letter, by fire, once you have read it. Know that I am proud to consider all of you friends of mine.  Mia P.S. Callis---- I stole some of your bullets…and I am still up by 2."   Iron Kingdoms: Requiem combines this fantastic setting with the newest edition of the world’s most popular roleplaying game. "You Dropped your Dolly!" Sadly, Boomhowler got tied up at the docks and couldn't join the Forsaken this session! After the wrap up I have the audio of the group leveling up! Iron Kingdoms: Requiem combines this fantastic setting with the newest edition of the world’s most popular roleplaying game. Inside this book, players will find the history of the Iron Kingdoms and information describing the current state of the world following the Claiming. Alongside these chapters is an extensive gazetteer providing detailed information on the most notable of the world’s unique and fascinating locations. When making a character, players will be able to choose from many of the familiar countries and cultures of the setting. Whether a player wants to be a human, gobber, trollkin, Rhulic dwarf, ogrun, Iosan, or Nyss elf, this book provides all the rules that make these different peoples unique. When choosing a class, there are options many players are already familiar with, from the stalwart man-at-arms fighter to the free-flowing monk of the Order of the Fist. Beyond these are brand-new rules for playing the characters that make the Iron Kingdoms such a memorable setting. These new classes include, among others, gun mages, arcane mechaniks, combat alchemists, and warcasters. Alongside these options are new feats, spells, and backgrounds to make characters feel even more a part of the world of the Iron Kingdoms. Our crew: Mia Brekker (aka Mia Valerianovna) (Played by Alexia), the Iosan (Elf) Kayazt (Modster) Warcaster (a very steampunk like magic tech caster and controller oof a warjack names "Gunny"); Callis Reyvas (Played by David), the Iosan (Elf) Kayazt (Modster) Gunfighter; Theodosia "Theo" Devereaux (Played by Kellie), the Cygnaran (Human) Aristocrat Alchemist (with a habit of blowing everything up ;)); and Gargosh Boomhowler (Played by Christopher) our Northkin Trollkin (Big Blue Scottish Troll) Pirate Bard (Or Fell Caaller as the Trolls call their warrior skalds). these guys will be the core of the Iron Kingdom Outlaws...or as they are called on the streets of Five Fingers: "The Forsaken". Please support our shows at www.patreon.com/cppn and even join us in some our upcoming 2024 games that have open seats!
