Noor is all glitter, rainbows and a sprinkle of goddamn glitter. But this episode is about the part of manifesting nobody puts on a vision board. Because when you decide you want something, by definition you don't have it yet. And a version of you who can actually hold that thing has to exist first. The universe, as Noor puts it, will keep giving you experiences to find out whether you're ready. In this episode she shares what that looked like for her: the TV opportunities that kept falling through at the last minute, filming a pilot eight days postpartum, the brutal one-star reviews of her first audiobook that weren't about the content at all, and eventually realising she wasn't actually ready for that level of scrutiny. She also talks about discovering she'd been defrauded for 21 months by someone she trusted, what it did to her perception of reality, and how she chose to look at it as something that happened for her rather than to her. Plus the bit most people don't see coming. The higher you rise, the more you'll trigger people who aren't rising with you. Noor talks about speaking at her children's school, the people in that room who'd known her for a decade and couldn't bring themselves to say well done, and what that moment showed her about outgrowing an environment.
In this episode, Noor breaks down what it actually means to activate in the quantum field, and why most people are too stuck in autopilot to ever do it. She also shares one of the most personal stories she's ever told: her brother, 23 years old, woke from a seven-day coma after an aneurysm with doctors telling the family he would most likely never walk again. Three weeks later, he was walking. A year after that, he was training for an Ironman. The stat she opens with is hard to unhear: we think around 60 to 70,000 thoughts a day, and approximately 90% of them are identical. Same coffee, same school run, same routine, same thoughts. Most people aren't consciously creating their reality at all. They're just responding and reacting to the same environment on repeat. If the thoughts don't change, the life doesn't change. So what do you do about it? Noor shares how she carved out a manifestation balcony at home: a space where she shuts down the outside world, puts on music that amplifies her emotional connection to what she's calling in, and spends at least five minutes a day visualizing her desires as already real. She breaks down why emotion is the key ingredient, tackles the "but I can't visualize" objection head on, and explains how her brother's recovery is proof of what becomes possible when you stop living on repeat and start consciously creating a new reality.
In this episode, Noor gets into what happens when your dreams feel so big your mind just can't get on board — and how to fix it. She shares the full story of manifesting her dream home: from standing in her then-boyfriend Richard's kitchen in 2010 saying she wanted to build her dream house one day, to driving down a road in Sheffield years later telling him "one day we're going to live here," to finding a bungalow on Rightmove during a caravan holiday in Cornwall, competing against nine other offers, and discovering it was on the exact road she'd pointed to all those years before. The lesson? Your vision is always working. But your conscious mind needs to be brought along for the ride. Noor introduces the parameters of possibility and conscious mind onboarding — the process of breaking big dreams into logical steps so your mind stops shutting them down and starts building the ladder towards them instead. If you're ready to step into the version of you who manifests everything on your vision board (and then some!)...I'm hosting a FREE workshop on Thursday August 27th at 7PM BST. It's called Become The Woman Who Manifests Her Vision Board To Reality Over And Over Again and inside, we're going to go deep into becoming the woman who can take a vision, hold it, move with it and turn it into reality repeatedly. In this episode, Noor shares the moment the world told her she was too early for manifestation. Then too late. And why she said f*ck that to both. In 2017, Noor was pitching to press about manifestation and getting the same answer everywhere: you're too early, nobody gets it yet. Fast forward to her third book, You Are a F*cking Success, published with Penguin — a publisher she'd had on her vision board since that same year. The dream had come true. Except Penguin didn't get her a single piece of press. Not one podcast, article, or radio show. The reason? Manifestation is done. Everyone's bored of it. First too early. Now too late. The book still came in at number 11, missing the Sunday Times list by just 300 book sales. Noor knows exactly what one piece of press can do — with her first book, an interview on BBC Radio London led to Steve Wright pulling his car over on the way home to get her on his show. Millions of listeners. The book shot up the charts overnight. One piece of press was all it took. Noor often says she'll be talking about manifestation on a Zimmer frame with her teeth out if she has to, because she's just getting started. The Three Pillars Noor breaks manifestation down like building a dream house — an analogy close to her heart, because building her own dream home is one of her greatest manifestations. Vision Architecture — Most people hand the universe a child's drawing and wonder why nothing comes back. Vision architecture means getting specific about what you want, why you want it, and whether it's what your soul actually wants — not just what your ego thinks will make you look good. Identity Infrastructure — The subconscious mind runs 95% of everything you do. You can have the most beautiful blueprint in the world, but without the right foundations, the house cannot stand. You have to have the capacity to hold what you're calling in. Action — The universe helps, but you're the one laying the bricks. An acorn is blueprinted to become an oak tree. But without sun, soil, and water, it stays an acorn. Humans need vision, identity, and action in the same way. Without all three, potential stays potential. You are never too early or too late to change your life. Follow your purpose, use the process, and keep going anyway.
In this episode, Noor zones in on one of the most overlooked parts of the entire manifestation process - your identity infrastructure. Not your vision board. Not your affirmations. The subconscious scripts written before you were even 11 years old, and the unprocessed experiences that are quietly running your life on autopilot. She calls them open tabs. Every moment you never fully dealt with, the heartbreak, the thing in the school field, the experience you just held in...your subconscious mind took a high-res photo and stuck it on the back of your mind. And it's been spending your energy on it ever since. Because the subconscious doesn't understand time. When you think about something that happened 15 years ago, your body floods with emotion as though it's happening right now. This episode is about closing those tabs. Reclaiming the energy being held hostage in your past. And understanding why that - not your strategy, not your mindset work - might be the thing standing between you and everything you're trying to manifest.
