The idea of ​​an AI fitness instructor from zing coach customer service https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/zing-coach/customer-service.html sounds pretty appealing. It could be handy if you don’t have the time or opportunity to go to the gym. AI could offer personalized workouts, track your progress, and even motivate you. But I doubt it could replace a real trainer who not only teaches you but also knows when to encourage you or give you advice based on your condition. Ideally, such technologies could be a good addition, but not a replacement.
