A meme I saw today said  "Be Bold Enough to Dream, Be Brave Enough to Try"

[5-min listen]. Working for yourself you’ll probably have a long to-do list and it never ends. So you can end the day feeling like you’ve not achieved as much as you could have. Now imagine being given that list by someone else. How long would you tell them it would take? Are there things on there that you’d say weren’t necessary?
Do you think planning or doing should come first? My experience in my own businesses and managing marketing for my clients puts me in the do first camp. But that’s not the whole answer. Listen now to find out the best method for creating your content and keeping your audience engaged and coming back.
Whether your business has thrived, survived or declined during the coronavirus outbreak 😷 I’m going to bet you’ve not taken a break? With working hours and office space already blurry and the likelihood that any foreign holiday plans will be replaced by more home time is it impossibly to get a holiday in 2020? In my usual practical Virgo way, here are some ways to make sure you get a break and protect you and your business by making sure you are firing on all cylinders!
In this extended period of uncertainty, marketing fatigue is setting in and remaining creative and positive, day after day can be taxing. Clients have been asking me “is it ok to take a break”. Everyone is scared their precious work will suddenly go to waste. When it is a physical health issue, we find it far easier to take this decisive actions which will protect us and yet for mental health issues it doesn’t appear that easy. We will need our mental health, creativity and positivity once this has passed, and it will pass, so if you need a break, for your own mental health and well-being, then take one. Take those decisions which will not only protect your physical health but your mental health as well. Take care and keep safe. - Philippa 🧚🏻‍♀️ About Your Social Media Fairy Philippa began building up a successful social media presence for businesses in 2014. When was the last time you felt bored? Actually bored? With the advent of these awesome little computers in our pockets on which we can communicate with anyone at any time, do our banking, check our emails, keep a diary, wrote a note...whatever you use it for,  we have a constant companion. Why is this relevant? Well, when was the last time you had time to think about what you might want to do? Where you'd like to be, who with or doing what activity? Life can feel like a treadmill at times and we are even encouraged to set time aside to think about what would make us happy, We've lost the ability to instinctively know and I would argue that the avoidance of boredom, these periods when we would naturally be in tune with where we'd rather be and what we'd rather be doing, has been a huge factor. So, are you willing to allow yourself some time with nothing to do, risk getting bored and maybe discovering a new thing that you want to do? The truth is that beyond eating food, drinking water and resting, there is an element of choice behind all the things we feel we must get done each day. This simple language shift will help remove the resentment around your tasks for the day.
