The Jerry Richardson shrine to himself has been removed. We discuss how and why it happened and why we're happy it's gone. Next we bring back the Panthers debate club and discuss Marty Hurney. Is he a good GM who has had bad luck with coaches, or is he a bad GM who needs to go?

In the season finale the Carolina Panthers hosted the division champions New Orleans Saints.  Unfortunately, the Panthers couldn't send the Saints into the playoffs on a losing streak and instead fell 33-7 in an embarrassing loss.  Jerry discusses the key plays, heroes and zeros and give a game grade.  Keep Pounding the season is over but the future is bright for this young team.
