Episode 323 is about choosing reflection and ease over autopilot in your health, your relationships, and the way you show up for yourself. We talk honestly about letting go of heavy holiday flows, supporting others without losing yourself, and building consistency during imperfect, demanding seasons of life. If you’re navigating change and trying to move forward with more compassion and clarity, this conversation is for you. Show includes practical tips to lean into life 'DOING YOU' without worrying about family judgements, in the aftermath of holiday craziness, and all while embracing a pace that works for your personal peace of mind!
Balancing motherhood, partnership, and careers that require travel is not always pretty, but it is real. In this LUL episode, Vero opens up about navigating young kids while working and holding it down when her husband travels. Cecy shares how she has learned to plan ahead and create rhythm in her home so things don’t fall apart when schedules shift. And Irene reflects on how this season has evolved over time with older kids, more independence, and more space to step outside of the home for work and for herself.
What has helped us most is not perfection but intention. Systems that keep the household running, humor when things inevitably go sideways, taking breaks without guilt, and being honest with our partners, our kids, and ourselves about what we need. Balance is not about doing everything equally it is about doing what matters most with clarity and support.
If you are in a season where you are juggling it all, this episode is your reminder that you are not alone. It gets lighter, it gets clearer, and you are allowed to grow into new versions of yourself along the way. This is what the level up really looks like.
Episode 331 is all about wellness, burnout prevention, and our very honest self-care confessions.
In this show, the Level Up Latina ladies get real through a few fun questions our moderator threw our way. We share our fake self-care habits, all the ways self-care does work for us, and how we've taken it to the next level to thrive.
It’s a candid conversation about caring for ourselves while juggling careers, family, and big goals. Expect too many random laughs, honest confessions, and a few reminders that wellness doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
Tune in and tell us: what would your nervous system text you today?
From the naughty to the practical, in this episode, the women of Level Up Latina get real about the many ways we’ve invested in our relationships. Today’s conversation dives into the lessons learned, the mindset shifts, the moments of grace, and yes… the fun and laughter that come with figuring it all out together.
In this show, we reflect on the many ways we’ve poured into ourselves for the greater good of partnership, marriage, and family—and why embracing growth (even when it requires a little courage or investment) can transform not only our relationships, but our lives.
Because at the end of the day, becoming better partners often starts with becoming better to ourselves, doing something uncomfortable, or asking for help from a trusted professional.
Don’t miss this honest, funny, and surprisingly relatable conversation.
Today’s episode is a listener-requested random show, and it’s a good one. A longtime LUL listener asked us to talk about friendships that just work and the ones that don’t.
We get into friendship chemistry, why some connections feel effortless, and how to trust yourself when the vibe feels off. Not every friendship is meant to stick, and that’s okay.
Closing out Galentine’s month with honest conversation, laughs, and a little girl talk!

Let’s level up together.
In this timely and heartfelt episode, we unpack what is happening with ICE across the country and the very real fear, grief, and uncertainty many of our communities are experiencing. As Latinas, leaders, and humans, we reflect on how we are choosing to show up during this moment. We are refusing to look away in trying times by standing up for dignity, staying informed, protecting our peace, and caring for one another with intention.
This episode is not about panic or politics. It is about humanity. We share what solidarity looks like in real life, how we are having conversations with our families and children, and ways to remain informed while advocating for compassion and justice. If you have been feeling heavy, angry, scared, or unsure of how to hold it all, this conversation is for you.
At the Level Up Latina Podcast, we believe in growth that does not abandon our people. In moments like these, community care is leadership. You are not alone. We are in this together.
One of our favorite episodes of the month drops today!
This one is pure Latina realness; from our unfiltered Latina Moments and hilarious new-year fails, to reflecting on where we see ourselves 10 years later, 2016 vs 2026 (because dreaming big is kind of our thing). Add in plenty of random banter, laughter, and those “wow, that hit” moments, and you’ve got an episode that feels like a heart-to-heart with your favorite amigas.
You’ll laugh with LUL, nod along in agreement, and still find yourself stretching your vision for what’s possible in your life.
Don’t miss Episode 325… press play, relax, and let the conversation take you exactly where you need to go.
Every month, the women of Level Up Latina gather for a live workshop inside our group coaching community, the Guilt-Free Squad. This month’s session was especially powerful. Coach Irene invited her husband to facilitate an honest, hour-long conversation about relationships and how to navigate our differences.
The response was so strong that we knew we had to bring the conversation to our podcast listeners. In this episode, we recap the biggest gems from a wide-ranging discussion that touched on everything from the emotional world of men to conflict, communication, and how couples really show up for one another.
You don’t have to be married—or even in a relationship—to appreciate the insights shared in this conversation. Fair warning: there is a brief TMI moment involving periods and birth control, so maybe save this one for your commute or headphones.
Our hope is that this episode resonates deeply and also gives those curious about our monthly Guilt-Free Squad workshops a real taste of the depth, honesty, and value these sessions offer.
Welcome to Episode 322 of the Level Up Latina Podcast, the very first episode of 2026.
In true LUL fashion, we’re starting the year grounded, intentional, and in community. For our new listeners, bienvenidas; and to our OGs, thank you for continuing to grow with us. In this episode, the women of LUL reintroduce ourselves, not just with what we do, but with who we are becoming.
This conversation was recorded on Three Kings Day, and while Coach Cecy was in the kitchen baking not one, but two roscas, inspiration struck. It felt like the perfect moment to pause and talk about new year intentions, not resolutions rooted in pressure, but intentions anchored in alignment, purpose, and grace.
As always, there is so much wisdom in shared experiences. Each of us brings our unique talents, gifts, and perspectives to the table, with the hope of reminding you that your growth matters, your voice matters, and your dreams are valid.
This episode is an invitation to reflect, realign, and Level Up together as we step into a new year with clarity, confidence, and corazón.
As we wrap up 2025, this final episode of the year is all about keeping goal-setting simple and guilt-free. No overcomplicated plans. No pressure to reinvent yourself overnight. Just clear, doable goals that actually support the life you want to live.
In this episode, we share why simplicity is the secret to sustainable growth, how to set goals without burnout, shame, or all-or-nothing thinking, and provide a gentle reset you can carry into the new year with confidence.
Most importantly, this episode is a thank you. We remain deeply grateful for every listener who showed up, reflected, took action, and gave themselves permission to grow at their own pace this year. You are the reason this show exists!
If you’re ready to move forward with support, accountability, and zero guilt, we'd love to invite you to the Guilt-Free Squad Group Coaching inside Level Up Latina. This is where we simplify goals, build momentum together, and grow without the pressure to be perfect.

Thank you for an incredible 2025. We’re just getting started.
In this week’s episode, your LUL besties get real about what it actually takes to hold it together when the season gets too busy. We talk schedules, burnout, emotional labor, catholic guilt, and creating easier moments even when life is moving at full speed. We also share our own holiday struggles, wins, and the little rituals that keep us sane (or at least saner) in the midst of family dynamics, the school events, the travel, the budgets, the gifts, the end-of-year deadlines.
How are women expected to keep it cute, calm, and collected?!
Whether you’re juggling work, family, or your own expectations, this episode reminds you that you’re not alone and perfection is not the assignment.
Stream this one and let’s survive the holidays together… with a little humor, a little heart, and a whole lot of Level Up Latina energy.
The holidays bring out a lot... the joy, the chaos, the chisme… and sometimes the wounds we thought we outgrew. In this week’s episode, we’re talking about healing our inner niña during one of the most emotionally charged seasons of the year.
We unpack how childhood patterns show up around family gatherings, money, traditions, expectations, and those “¿y tu novio?” questions. We get honest about what triggers us, what comforts us, and how we can create new rituals that honor who we are now — not just who we had to be growing up.
Join us for a heartfelt and real conversation on giving ourselves permission to re-set, feel, set boundaries, and to show up with compassion for ourselves.
If you’ve ever needed a reminder that healing is possible (even with tías asking for the 10th time about your life choices), this episode is for you.
Tune in, reflect, and maybe hug your inner niña a little tighter this season.
In this random episode of the Level Up Latina Podcast, we flipped the script and let our very own “Chata” (aka ChatGPT) take the lead and answered her questions about life, family, & growth.
Expect laughter, unexpected honesty, and some deep reflection as we talk about the things that make us proud, surprising things happening, generational patterns we’re breaking, and the version of ourselves we’re choosing to leave behind in 2025.
It’s a little unfiltered, a little therapeutic, and a whole lot of real. Grab your cafecito and join the conversation... you might find yourself answering these same questions, too.
What are YOU ready to release in this season of your life?
Everyone’s talking about being in their “this era” or “that era,” but what about stepping into a soft era? In this week’s LUL podcast, we explore what it really means to embrace softness—guilt-free, without apologizing, and without confusing rest for laziness. Or as our mommas would say… being flojas. This is a cannot-miss-topic!
We are not doctors, of course, but we are women entering our mid-40s, and it's been a wild ride as our bodies and moods have evolved with age. We suspect perimenopause is here, so in this episode, with a bit of TMI, we share what's showing up for us these days. We cover it all from night sweats to laking libido and so much more. This is a show for everyone at any stage of life!
Today’s episode title is a mouthful and for good reason. As first-gen Latinas, we’re parenting and reparenting every single day. We live in that in-between space: raised one way by our parents, yet raising our own kids in a completely different world.
There’s healing here. There’s unlearning. There’s love, and yes, sometimes tears. We open our hearts in this conversation, asking questions like: What does it mean to say “I’m sorry” while still waiting to hear it from our parents?
This one’s raw, real, and deeply relatable. We hope you’ll tune in to feel seen, maybe shed a tear (we sure did), and share in the beautiful mess of growing, healing, and breaking cycles... together.
In this episode, we bring you our monthly fan-favorite: the random show where we talk about whatever comes to mind. In this show, we always let the conversation flow and it flowed right into bullying. How to handle it at home, at work, or even as part of our upbringing/history!
We also talk parenting and the chaos of morning routines, raising teens, keeping up with slang, and more!
Don't miss it!
On this episode we discuss the rollercoaster of life that requires us to grow, heal, and evolve. Resiliency feels like a mandatory part of the human experience especially as first-gen. Latinas. Today, we talk about how healing, and not hustling, is the new definition of strength. We share our journeys of personal growth and how we created our heartfelt legacies along the way. All women need to hear this gem of an episode. You will so glad you did!
